“Love the cup but disappointed as I misread the Information, and ended up with metal lid, rather than the lockable lid, which I wanted Obviously to buy the lid ill need to pay postage.”

Most of our Calix cups do now come with a matching Slider Lid but I can see that your one was from one of our older versions from our clearance section which do still contain the older Stainless Steel version. “Love these bottles. I have one that is over 6 years old and still going strong. I brought a smaller one to fit in a small rucksack. Love the designs. Still always shocked when my drinks are cold even after being a boiling hot car! Love them. ❤️ Brought one for my Nan too. Great value when they are in the sale.”

“I've had various flasks/water bottles in the past, and somehow they have never become cherished companions - until I came across SHO, and these bottles are now with me at work and at home. Something about how they feel in the hand, the ease of being able to drink from them with the chug lids and how versatile they are, just works!”

“Fast deliver. Packaged very securely. I’m really pleased with the quality and feel of the straw flasks. I bought a second one just to have a change of colour because they are so nice. I never drink water thru the day but I have been really consistent now. Easy to clean. Keeps water lovely and cold.”

“Really nice bottles , i have got two one for my 4 years old duaghter and one for my wife , they like it so much , good quality , nice coloures and nice covering and packing and delivery service and communication is very nice , really highly recomeneded”

Hi there, This doesn’t sound quite right. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours.
