“Great products, the whole family has been using a variety of products from the drink bottles with the straws, Pacto cups for hot drinks & food flasks for a few years. Great customer service & the prices are reasonable too.”

“I love Sho, I have a Fortis with a sip lid, and a Pacto for hot drinks. The quality is second to none, packaging is top level and the products themselves perform impeccably. Put that together with fast delivery and their regular sales makes Sho my go to company for anything I need to keep my drinks cold or hot!”

“Excellent product and super efficient friendly company, lots of communication along with updates. Drinking bottle is perfect , I use it for work every day , easy to fill and drink from , keeps drinks hot or cold all day tasting fresh. The bottle is easy to hold and feels nice . Thoroughly recommend this company and will use again.”

“Really pleased with product although wish it could hold a little more!. Kept my drink hot, as promised and feels nice to the touch. Great for work, at your desk! Not sure it’s worth the extra for the coloured lid rather than basic lid as it gives no benefit other than being a nice colour. Think you should use a courier other than Royal Mail though, one that uses a collection point rather than the recipient having to go to a sorting office with very limited opening times.”

“Love the look and feel of the cup but I'm afraid the lid is a massive let down! I bought one originally from amazon and @ £19 and it arrived with an unsealed lid that would be no use to travel with. So I then went on to the SHO website and bought 2 lids and another cup, again I was disappointed because when you drink from the lid the coffee trickles out as the air hole is not big enough. I would love someone to contact me about this as I would like to buy a cup and enjoy using it.”

“Place another order after having issues with the previous one where one of my lids was not delivered and I had yet another problem where this time the wrong sized lid was sent. It's just been repeated problems with orders not being picked and packed correctly and the customer service is poor. I won't be ordering from SHO again and I don't recommend them.”

“Bottle itself is lovely but i had it personalised and a bit disappointed at the size of the font. It’s hardly visible - didn’t want black so chose another colour which doesn’t show up much. May as well have saved some money and left it plain”
