“Absolutely Beautiful Products - I have bought a selection of SHO products, each one is gorgeous. Ice cold water stays ice cold, hot drinks flasks and cups stay really hot for hours, and food flasks are amazing, food stays hot for hours. Amazing design and colours. Excellent price for. Top Quality Product. Would highly recommend to family and friends.”

“Fantastic quality product, these bottles keep drinks cold or hot for the longest time. They are far superior to any other reusable bottle I have had. The outside coating doesn’t scratch easily and so still looks really, really good.”

“We as a family of 4 LOVE these bottles and coffe cups. Both my children, girl age 13 and boy aged 6 use these bottles for school. My husband is a truck driver who tramps away all week and he has the bottles to keep his juice cold and his coffee cup for his many coffees he need per day. We love sho and like to buy them all the time, we have just got a flask and I will be using it on Friday for the first time for a trip away I am making cream of Broccoli soup to take with me for my lunch as I know will stay warm for me. Both My husband and I bought a Guzzler each and they are phenomenal.”

“I was in two minds about spending this much on drink bottles but after buying ones that either broke or leaked I decided to go for something more durable. These bottles are so durable and totally spill proof. I don’t think they will ever need replacing and so will save me much more money in long run. The children love the designs and are definitely drinking much more water than they ever did before. Highly recommend!”

“Ordered a Pacto for Christmas, loved the colour and style! When it came, it was alot rounder than expected and didn't fit in either car holder! Also, the generic lid you get is a plastic/clear one with no hole plug, so a hot drink just spills out everywhere, also not (which ours did). Fine, ordered a new lid which had a slide cover, there is no screw attachment so the lid is not safely secure on the cup (compared to other competitors) who all have screw lids! Anyway, gave up the ghost and bought a different brand! Ordered via Amazon originally and the lid via the site directly! Wife complained directly and they were very passive about it all.”

Hello Adam, Thanks for your feedback. I'm ever so sorry for any confusion when ordering the Pacto. At the time of your order, they did come with our older open sipping style lids. I can see that you purchased one of our closable Slider Lids to go with your Pacto? Unfortunately, these are not advertised as leak proof but they are splash proof so it is normal to see some leaking when using this lid. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Best wishes, Ellie
