“All the cups I purchased are great quality. They keep hot drinks warm for hours and cold drinks are great to take with me on long journeys. I would highly recommend these products. My wife also loves these cups to take with her fishing.”

“I absolutely love the sho products, they certainly do what they claim to do, myself and my husband use a bottle each all day,every day .. The new product was the big guzzler which I ordered in the green colour, I've not used it to be able to review it as I just don't like the colour 😔 .”

“Bought two childrens bottles with straw attachments. One of the lids was dropped after its first use and broke instantly. I was honest about the lid being dropped to customer service who have refused to replace the lid despite the product being under under 3 days old. Clearly not sturdy enough for any regular use, or this was a manufacturing fault as I've never had any issues with similar products from other brands. It's a shame as the designs are great for kids.”

Hi there, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, accidental damage is not covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. A drop can damage the lid, especially when it's attached to a full bottle as it'll have the added weight of this too. Unfortunately, this can happen if it's dropped on the 3rd day or the 100th day - it's all down to how it lands, what height is was dropped from and how full the bottle was at the time. It does sound like you've been unlucky here to have dropped it within the 1st week of receiving your order. I can see that we've offered a discount code on a replacement Straw Lid as a gesture of goodwill but you've turned this down. “Love it, was a bit dubious about how well it would work but after following the instructions we put hot soup into the flask to test it, 7 hours later the soup was still piping hot. That gives me the confidence to use it for my lunch 6 hours after I go to work. I love the feel and the colour and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Used it for the first time today the food stayed really warm and tasted so good even after 5 hours, good amount of storage for a controlled meal and the sport is perfect , beautiful design and really easy to pop in your back pack for food on the go”
