“I was thrilled too get my bottle easy too order and delivery was fast unfortunately I have a leaky bottle which I discussed with customer services. So far they have requested videos and pictures of every angle of the bottle which I have sent. Now I'm being asked for more images so I have given up & won't be purchasing any more items in the future. Its such a shame customer service let's them down.”

Hello Claire, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we do sometimes need photos and videos sent across so we can determine whether the leaking issue is down to a missing/loose seal, the lid or the bottle itself. As soon as we get to the route of the issue, we can then arrange for replacement parts to be sent out. “Love the bottle and find it great for cold drinks. This is my second as I needed to replace my first one after dropping it one too many times getting out the car. I didn't give 5 stars because the plastic seal for the straw lid keeps coming loose, no matter how I put it back in, and leaving me with water pouring everywhere.”
