“My SHO Sport bottles arrived quickly each packed in their own sturdy cardboard presentation tube. For a few years I have suffered with a more expensive but inferior make of bottle that leaked easily or one that had too narrow a neck for ice cubes. The SHO bottles are superb in every respect and money well spent.”

“Bought myself a new bottle and I can't believe I have survived so long withourt a 'SHO' bottle. Great bottle, keeps tea boiling hot 6 hrs later it was still as hot as when I made it. Keeps cold drinks super chilled. Totally recommend the bottle”

“Ordering was easy, value for money was exceptional. Packaging was very impressive. 2 bought for Mother’s Day gifts and they were very impressed and delighted. Another bought for me and I am very pleased and one bought for teenage daughter who just loves showing it off. Overall a great buy!”

“I absolutely love my new bottle, I can't believe how much it's changed how much water I'm drinking, I work on a hot ward in a hospital and my previous drinks throughout the day were ending up Luke warm in the old bottle, now I put ice cubes in at 6am and there still there at 6pm! Even on refilling! It's amazing....so much so I bought my husband and daughter one! They are worth every penny.”

“Disappointed! I bought 2 coffee cups as they look great but I've been let down on functionality. Both leaked when standing upright in a bag and definitely don't stay hot for 4 hours. I make coffee at home and drink it a couple of hours later and it's lukewarm. Unfortunately they don't live up to my expectation.”

Hi Emma, Thanks for your review and for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that the Pacto wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, it is only splashproof rather than leakproof so we do advise that it's kept upright at all times to avoid any leakages. Splashproof means that it will slow down any spillages but it will still leak if it's tipped up. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, they should be keeping your drinks hot for up to 4 hours.
