“Purchased two but currently returning both flasks. Only tried the smaller one twice and within 5hrs soup was lukewarm so not as per the 10hrs hot. They don’t reply to the questions that were emailed and apparently “ do not have telephones” in the office to respond to customers. Will wait and see what happens next week when they “test” the products. Did everything as per instructions ( boiling water in flask for 10min then filled to brim with boiling liquid) very disappointing so far”

“I really really like my HUGE coffee mug. I know it’s adaptable for cold drinks but I just like taking the biggest coffee to work possible. I intend to get a for flask soon as well to save money by taking soup to work.”

“I love this company. They give a personal service by making sure you are happy with the product and they always send a thankyou email. The bottles and cup are great quality, lovely range of colours, and most importantly, they do not leak. I order my Xmas gifts through them and they have bargain sales. Highly recommended.”

“Wow! Ordered two flasks for lunches as prefer something warm in the winter months and they are brilliant. They are a perfect size and look very stylish plus there are so many lovely designs. They are completely leakproof and keep food piping hot until ready to eat. They are also really easy to clean and come beautifully packaged.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. So helpful. Bottles are absolutely brilliant. Add ice to the water and the bottle stays cold for 24hrs plus. Bought one each for the children in the family for Christmas. Best Bottle ever.”

“Ordered the hot drink calix for work for me and my partner and unfortunately they aren’t very solid and secure to prevent leaks… they are just splash proof apparently but that doesn’t help us being on the go with the cups in the side of a backpack. Shame as trusted the company to provide us the best which they haven’t”

“Amazing food flask keeps food warm. Perfect for a hot lunch on a cold day for my little one at school. Note don’t use the cleaning stuff (astonish) and put lid back on not even loosely like I did. The lid eventually exploded off the flask in my hand so 1 flask down now and need to replace”
