“Used my sho 1st time..heated the flask 10 minits with boiling water..whilst heating up my soup to boiling point.. it was a 550ml tub v soup..but I can only use 1/2 the tub.. when I opened it in work4 hrs later it was like warm.. I tried this again following day..with remaining 1/2 tun..and again by my break it was cold..my husband says I should use the full tub..so's there no air space..! Is this right. Seems silly to heat up a full tub..just to waste it..(only eating half)...?!!”

“I used my flask for the first time, following all the advice and I a sad to say I was very disappointed. My food was barely warm. Absolutely nowhere near hot. I'll use it again, taking extra care to follow the advice, but currently, I'm not enamored with the product. It looks lovely, though, so there's a positive.”

“Super cute, really well designed soup/hot food container. I loved it so much I bought one for a friend. Unfortuanately it just doesn't keep my soup warm long enough. I leave at 6.30 am so make my soup at 6. It's no longer hot by 1, just about passably warm. The website said 10 hours. That really should be changed to about 5.”

“Just love it! Be careful with SHO: once you 've ordered one, you won't be able to stop collecting them! It does its job: keep things hot for hours and cold for ages! Hence I love them in the winter and in the summer, too! Kids also happy, the flask is super for shool dinners too! I just couldn't and wouldn't live without them.... And a bonus: customer service is A+++ and exceptional!”
