“Poor customer service. When I informed them that the Kids Bottle leaked, they responsed that they could not accept a return as it had been used. How would I know it leaked if I hadn't used it? Would not recommend and will not be using again.”

“Purchased 2 bottles on what I thought was buy 2 get 1 free. Didn't add 3rd to cart, only received 2! Contacted customer service explaining what went wrong. Was told should have put 3rd in basket and it would have been free, and if I wanted to take up the offer. I'd have to return the other 2 in original state, ie not washed, and in,original,packaging, get a refund and then purchase again to get the 3rd free. Not a good solution, As I'd already washed out the first 2. Lesson learnt. Buy elsewhere”

“SHO make great products, I have a food flask, 2 water bottles and an XL tumbler. I love them all. They are durable, keep my water lovely and cold and my food flask keeps my food piping hot. I definitely recommend SHO to anyone looking to purchase a new water bottle or food flask.”

“I ordered a few bits including a small 2.0 bottle. All arrived promptly however the wrong colour bottle was sent. I contacted SHO and they came back immediately offering to send a replacement which they did straight away. Great products and great customer service.”

“I was recommended this website by a colleague who also has children that don’t like school lunches or sandwiches! Feeling desperate for an answer what to pack for my son’s lunch, I was told about these containers that keep food warm! So now I can heat up left over dinners in the morning and pop it in one of Sho’s wonderful food containers and they remain hot for lunch time. Thank you for making my son very happy and a less stressed mummy! Will 100% be recommending to others and will continue to use Sho for replacements when needed. I’m sure it won’t need replacing too soon as the quality feels and looks amazing! X”

“since buying my first 1 my whole family has wanted it resulting in me now having purchased 7.from my 38 year son in law to my 5 Yr old grandaughter.Keeps everything cold . easy to carry and easy screw open lid we all have the sports bottles and I wee 240ml one .would totally recommend this product”
