“Good quality product but the coffee cup is too big. Doesn’t fit in cup holders and it’s quite big to hold in your hand.”

Hi Shauna, Thanks for your review, it's really appreciated :) I'm pleased to hear that you love the Pacto mugs! Unfortunately, they are a little wide at the base as they were designed to be like stemless wine glasses so they won't fit in most cup holders. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have received feedback from our customers to say that they've had success with a cup holder extender so this may be something you'd want to look in to if you intend on using them in your car :) If you have any questions or if there's anything we can do to help in the future, please let us know. “Fab quality and best of the multiples tumblers I have! The lid is slightly wider on one side and makes it quite easy to open. I have quite weak hands so this is so helpful. My husband is jealous so will be purchasing another soon! Arrived within 3 days. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“Many years ago a friend bought me a one litre Sho flask. It kept drinks hot for up to 12 hours. I wanted a 250ml flask but none I bought came close. So delighted to finally receive my little easy to carry version.”

“Love SHO bottles. I’ve bought from you several times for both myself and the kids. I have some that I’ve had for years that are still going strong. I often get comments about how lovely the designs are. I much prefer using these to plastic bottles which I’m trying to phase out now.”

“Bought the flask and definitely would not recommend. Tried numerous different things piping hot and few hours later was luke warm which was very disappointing. Bought bottles and they r absolutely fantastic but wouldn’t get another flask.”

As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “I have several item from this company. However, was extremely disappointed that advertised calix cup with the plastic/rubber straw and lid, ordered in a green for no straw lid to come with. When contacting company advised ONLY the leopard print calix cup comes with straw, do not supply with other calix cups, I HATE metal straws and unable to buy lids with plastic/rubber straws, unfortunately until SHO introduce the straws for calix cups in have no interest in purchasing anymore for family or friends. Alot like to drink iced coffee.”

Hi Andrea, Thanks for your review and for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear about this misunderstanding. Unfortunately, we don't have any plastic straws available for the Calix cups. Even our Straw Lid included Leopard Print Calix cups come complete with the stainless steel straws advertised on our website rather than plastic straws. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I can see that you've since been in contact with our support team to arrange a return for your Calix. Our XL Tumblers do come with a plastic straw if you're looking for an alternative product which may be more suitable for what you need :) If you have any questions, please let us know. “Bought a water bottle a few years ago and lasted well. Decided to make use of the 3for2 offer and bought the Callix, Pacto and 500ml water bottle. All arrived quickly but there was a fault with the water bottle. However customer service quickly resolved this and sent out a replacement. And now, despite saying he hates the metallic cups, my partner has just bought the same items as me!”

“Bought for granddaughter for trips away with her youth club after my daughter recommended it as she’d 1 for herself and my young granddaughter. Can’t recommend it enough for keeping drinks hot and also cold drinks cold”

“I love my new flask. I went on a fell walk & took soup. It was piping horrible after 4 hours. I heated the flask with boiling water for 10 mins 1st.”

“Terrible product that does not work. Customer service is useless, patronising and not bothered in the slightest about being accountable for how poorly made their product is ( Claix cup. ) no resolution provided and had to escalate to Citizens Advice.”

I'm sorry to hear that the Calix wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, you have misunderstood here and the Calix is only splash proof rather than 100% leak proof so your product is performing as advertised. “Absolutely gutted with this cup, I’ve had the same Sho cup for 5 years and it was starting to look scruffy so as a big leopard print lover I thought I’d treat myself to the black one, especially since it has a sealed lid - my old one didn’t. However my cup of 5 years keeps my coffee hotter than this one! I’m not sure if mines faulty - but I’m lucky if it keeps it hot for 1hr - luke warm yes, hot No! Really really disappointed. Looks the part but failed me on the keeping my morning coffee hot and as a practice nurse I thought this would be ideal to keep my drink hot through my morning clinics. Sadly I thought wrong.”
