Lamentamos que la factura adicional te haya causado molestias. Cuando existe una diferencia entre las medidas indicadas en la reserva y las que el transportista registra al pasar el envío por su red, se genera de forma automática una factura. En este caso, la caja se declaró como 13x13x17 pulgadas y DHL la registró como 21x17x18 pulgadas. Los transportistas utilizan básculas calibradas y medición láser, por lo que los errores son poco frecuentes, aunque pueden ocurrir.
