I shipped several large boxes from the USA to Italy, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and much faster than I expected. My boxes arrived in Italy very quickly and in perfect condition, with everything completely intact.
I was especially impressed with their customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed advice, I received a helpful and professional response by email, usually within just a couple of hours. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of confidence with an international shipment.
From pickup to delivery in Italy, everything went extremely well. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use Sherpr again for future shipments.
