We're sorry to hear there were issues with the initial collection. Failed or delayed collections are rare, and when the first attempt was not completed we rebooked it for the following day, raised an escalated case with the local depot and added the additional address and contact details so the driver had everything needed. Your items were collected the next day within the working collection window. Collections do take place across an all-day window rather than a set time, and a call from the driver in advance is not something we are able to guarantee but are always happy to request.
Your shipment then reached the UK and was available for delivery within the original estimated window, before you asked us to hold the goods for a later date, which we arranged with the courier.
We are a little disappointed to see this review posted while you are in active contact with our team, who are reviewing your refund request and will respond to you directly by email.

Lamentamos que la factura adicional te haya causado molestias. Cuando existe una diferencia entre las medidas indicadas en la reserva y las que el transportista registra al pasar el envío por su red, se genera de forma automática una factura. En este caso, la caja se declaró como 13x13x17 pulgadas y DHL la registró como 21x17x18 pulgadas. Los transportistas utilizan básculas calibradas y medición láser, por lo que los errores son poco frecuentes, aunque pueden ocurrir.
