“As soon as I had my baby I was handed every detail of shepherd friendly from the hospital. Since then I have successfully communicated with the workers to either change payment or how to manage my ISJA, the advice and communication was helpful and quick. As a first time mom I was so happy I learnt about this as information is key. Was thinking of opening an account with my bank, but I am happy with this as its process is straight forward and easy. VERY PLEASED.”

“It took around ten minutes to set up and start saving for my babies future. I am delighted that I can save to give my baby a good happy start in life as when my parents were less fortunate. Only bad thing to say is when applying you are guaranteed a love2shop voucher even when you have not got a promotional code but I haven't recieved one. Would also recommended for you to start sending a copy of the contract through the post for people like myself that hasn't got a printer to print the contract of directly from email.”
