“Have requested to set up an account, details have been registered on the system and I'm currently waiting for my post so that I can verify my online account which is secure. (You also need a phone to verify your account online which I find great as its an extra security feature) I did have a mishap where I was having issues with setting up the account. However Shephards Friendly reached out to me and it was all fixed and ready to go.”

“I opened a regular monthly savings account. Was so simple to do and only took about 5 minutes. Really simple to do and first class service”

“Setting up my plan was a simple process. The information I wanted/needed was well presented, and it only took minutes to get everything in place once ready. One area of improvement could be in initial online access to the account (needing to receive a postal letter) but as a one time set up requirement a few day delay to access my account for security purposes isn't the end of the world.”
