“Shepherd surveyors handled our home report excellently. They also gave very good advice. The staff were very helpful with regards to form filling on line and kept us right. Would recommend them anytime.”

“Well organised company who ensured our survey, from time of booking date to completion of report, was carried out in a professional manner. Very pleasant surveyor who undertook our survey during Covid. All precautions were adhered to. Any explanations were clear and jargon free.”

“I found my first contact with Wendy informative and friendly, this was also the case at the Kilmarnock office Yvonne kept me well informed throughout the process, and I felt a security and warmth with her careful management which means a lot when your an overseas client.”

“The whole process was really quick and easy. We decided on the Monday we would like to sell our house and by the Tuesday evening we had a completed Home Report. The surveyor came to the house and was quick and efficient - wearing PPE and being lovely to our little new born daughter, Hope. When we noticed a typo in the questionnaire part of the Home Report, just before it went live - I phoned the office in Ayr and Wendy was so helpful and got it sorted straight away. Thank you!”
