“I contacted Shepherds to initiate Home Report on our property. Member of staff that handled call was most helpful and explained everything in great detail. It was then I decided to go with Shepherds. Surveyor that carried out Home Report was very pleasant & carried out survey in a professional manner. I would not hesitate in recommending Shepherds.”

“I found the process very easy, pleasant and quick. From the first enquiry at their office to the downloading of the report was completed within a week and was delayed because I was not at home for part of this time. The survey itself was well organised and thorough, professional and friendly. Having experienced previous surveys this one stood head and shoulders above them for efficiency and competence.”
