“The surveyer Jon Thomson arrived on time. He carried out the survey in a satisfactory manner and asked questions relevant to the property. He contacted me to discuss some of the content and allowed me discuss and offer comment. The draft report was delivered by the end of the week as agreed. The final report was delivered soon within a day of me advising of my acceptance. A very professional, efficient and timely service from beginning to end.”

“The surveyor was unobtrusive through out the process. She explained anything that was asked of her with respect and obvious knowledge .I would certainly use shepherd chartered surveyors again ,and recommend their quick response to our solicitors to anyone requiring their services .”

“From the first phone call to arrange to survey my property, survey carried out, report was sent promptly. Even when I queried one of the classifications, the survivor replied within no time with photographic confirmation & explanation, which has since been fully rectified. Very professional & of a high calibre.”

“Mr Luke Doyle was pleasant, approachable and efficient. He wasted no time in surveying the house and ensured all areas of the property were accessed. He was masked and gloved per Covid19 regulations. I was pleased with the service.”
