“A good thorough survey. But a suggestion for this type of survey would be the purchase of a drone to inspect roofs. When we moved into this property, within three weeks of occupation, we had a leak in the roof, via a valley gutter, which a simple aerial inspection would have identified.”

“Andrew and his apprentice were very professional and helpful. Andrew was able to also offer some advice on a small issue we were not aware of and alerted us to what was required to rectify it.
