“Excellent customer service the advisor Mark went through all the policy details with me even when I'd made a mistake on the forms. The exchange rate is great. my daughter who is 11 is £1000+ saved so far I have just changed my son who is 14 over to Sheffield mutual exchange because of this reason the exchange he was with is significantly lower rates. So far happy with all of the advice and rates given”

“Really efficient helpful and the policy taken out was just what was needed. As mentioned the staff were excellent and what they said would happen did. It gives you confidence in people when they react like this. No hesitation in recommending them”

“Have been a member for about 7 years and let me assure anyone reading this that this organisation is like an organisation used to be - friendly and efficient. No answer phone machines, good listeners, good people and good products. Check out the investment ISA.”

“I opened my first investment 7 years ago after reading a good review in the Money section of the Telegraph. Since then have made further investments. Without fail Sheffield Mutual have always been easy to deal with over the 'phone and by post - unlike some that want only on-line customers.”

“I have taken out three policies for grandchildren. Everything went very well, except when there was a problem with direct debit Sheffield Mutual asked me to solve, when the customer cannot set up direct debits as they are set up by the company. This took a great deal of time to sort.”
