“Very pleased with my new shed. I bought the Hartwood 8' x 6' Double Door Pressure Treated Shiplap Pent Shed. Seems quite robust and weather proof. One of the front roof facia panels was delivered damaged, but a quick email to the customer services team and a new one was sent out within a week, very good service.”

“Very impressed from start to finish! An easy to navigate and find website, with competitive pricing and straight forward ordering. Then a well communicated delivery set up and process, well ahead of the stated timeframes. Delivered on our chosen day and the driver, as requested, called in advance with an ETA meaning I could go to work (self employed) and be back in time with ease. Good quality timber, easy to follow instructions and NO missing parts. We upgraded the roof felt as the supplied stuff is thin, we also added guttering and a water butt - we are already getting a lot of use out of it....even in wet Cornwall!!”

“Simple ordering on the website a couple of days ago for a really good price. Shed was actually delivered earlier today. All wrapped on a pallet. Simple to unload from pallet ready for assembly at the weekend.”

“Sadly, i was advised and had it confirmed that my order would arrive by the end of last week. I then had an email to say there was no stock and would not be availble until w/c 10th JULY! I am now paying intetest on my credit card while I wait.”

“Contacted the email, no reply, no nothing, want me to fill in a survey where my new shed should go, but before delivery, they would need pictures of where it will be assembled, how to get there, do pictures with leveling etc. ... at the moment there is the old shed. Worst thing they don't tell you any of this beforehand and they don't reply to the emails you send. AVOID!”
