“The website is fine, they acknowledge the order quickly and the staff are polite, however the delivery is poor. They give a date and approx time for delivery, the time passes without a delivery, I had to phone them and find out it is not coming today and it will be rescheduled sometime next week. A day taken off work for nothing and another day off work will have to be taken”

“Brilliant. Easily put together. A couple of slats were broken but we just put another piece of wood across the breakage on the inside. Not worried about it. We will line it to ensure durability. It hasn't rained so cannot say for sure how weatherproof it is.”

“With the base and sides of the shed we were pleased. Easy to erect and put together with two people. We did however purchase addition screws and brackets for solid support. The 8x6 shed we ordered, i felt had a roof bracket missing as only two supplied. By adding a larger solid wood roof beam it meant we were far more confident about overall strength. The persplex for window was far too small and we are having a number of issues getting persplex to fit correctly. In saying all that we have ordered a second smaller shed 7x5 as we know what to expect now. I would say that the workbench and workshelf are excellent and give me a great working space. Out of 5 i would say 3.5 / 4”

“I had excellent service from Sheds, I visited their site and was seen immediately, despite not having an appointment, I was advised on the difference between different products and the links to the possible choices emailed to me so I could check the measurements at home, there was no pressure to commit there and then which I appreciated. I then ordered my shed that evening using the website which was very easy. I was then impressed to receive a phonecall at 8 am the next morning to arrange delivery of my shed in a much quicker time than I expected. The person booking the delivery was also very helpful and willing to take into account the extra information I gave him around avoiding busy times where I live to minimise difficulties with delivery. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Faultless service and fast delivery with excellent communications. I received an email confirming purchase along with detailed instructions for assembly and courier tracking information within a matter of hours.
