“The communication and solving problems from DIY sheds is great, but the way it been sent with no numbers or lettering on the panels or a correct manual for this 12x5 shed is shocking, sent with rounded screw in the packaging that held the wood together for delivery, once you figure of how it goesand put together it looks alright”

“One amazing positive our delivery driver was brilliant. We are pleased with the quality of the shed now it's built. However, there are one or two things you might need to know in feedback. Instructions are very difficult to follow and are not clear. The roof felting was so thin and of poor quality, it tore when trying to fit it. Had to purchase extra and of a better quality to ensure the roof was protected.”

“Yet to receive the shed i have purchased, but so fsr the process has veen reasonably simple. That said, I have decided I would like to add thr suport brams for the floor to my order, but i cant work out how to do this without calling.”

“Good Value Well packed for delivery, fittings, well you couldn't ask for more. Very impressed as ordered for a date two weeks in advance and it was delivered on time. I've yet to assemble it due to snow (!) but I'm sure it will all fit very easily. Well done. I wish all service industries were as positive as this.”
