“I have yet to receive the promised order confirmation that was supposed to arrive "shortly" after my online order last Thursday. I called Sheds.co.uk on Friday to query why I had not received a confirmation email and was promised that I would get said email. It has still not arrived in my inbox or spam. Fortunately the young woman I spoke to was able to confirm my order verbally. I now await being contacted about the delivery. The website said 3-5 days, which was confirmed by the young woman. We shall see.”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of the shed I purchased. I actually built it this weekend. There are so many holes in the panels that i will have to try and cover them. Unfortunately I will not recommend this company”

“I was so looking forward to receiving my garden furniture. You can imagine how disappointed I was to find it damaged on arrival. The company response has been very poor, asking me for money to replace the broken glass table top. I had saved up my pennies for this furniture, with a table that is now unusable. I filled in their customer service form for damaged goods on the day of arrival but had no reply. Has anyone else had these problems? A very unfortunate state of affairs.”

“Just over a year old and our summer house has already had roof felt replaced and a more efficient waterproof paint applied to the roof to stop leaks, inside was primed and painted with mould resistant paint but still has now began to mould and rot .. aftercare non existent, they're not interested .. multitude of images requested to then be asked for more, images to be provided with equipment not owned .. no complaint escalation. Have been told complaint is acknowledged but nothing they can do”

“The shed i bought from Sheds.co.uk was very very poor quality. i had my previous shed for 30 years and it was in better condition when i threw it away than my new shed. i doubt if i will get 5 years from my new shed. After sales service is non existant.i was promised some replacement panels in September, still waiting.”

“Ordered a 6x8 Adley shed with pro base - Confirmed delivery date of 22nd DECEMBER. I lined a contractor up to help with assembly and build. Within 24 hours of placing the order I had a text from DPD to say the base had missed the Christmas deadline and could not give any indication of delivery. Sheds.co.uk response was "sorry - but you are surely aware of the royal mail strikes causing problems and suggest you re book your contractor in the New Year" !!!!" So clearly there is un - joined up processes and commmunication here. The company should / must have known that DPD had a problem but was clearly more interested in taking my money then letting me down. I would not recommend this supplier Pete”

“Shed was delivered at the weekend without any instructions (it’s a 2 part shed / summerhouse) asked for instructions today and have only been able to receive part of the instructions for installation . Don’t bother with this company. It’s 12 x 8 adley chelsea deluxe.”

“I havent got some parts and i have purchased nearly 150 pound from b&m. Shed is utter flop, and completely loss of money. Company is vey clever to cheat. Dont buy this, it is completely cheating... please rethink”

“We ordered a Rowlinson Trentvale shed which is advertised as being a dimension of 5ft x 3ft. As we discovered afterwards it is much smaller than that so we cannot fit a lot into it. The metal material it is made of is extremely flimsy, this is why it needs two people to construct it as the screw holes are hard to line up, some of the screws are also poorly constructed. My husband, who is experienced at DIY, struggled to put this up within 2 days, even though the leaflet says 2-3hrs. I would never again buy a shed at this price as it is poorly made and way too small. Very disappointed.”

“Simply HORROR The summer house is leaking roof from the first rain, roof is cracked all over when workman walk on it fitting in whole structure Is bent, doors are poorly fitted see pictures avoid”

“Sheds were the best bit - through ordering to receiving summerhouse. It was a few weeks before my builders put it up and moaned about it constantly on how pieces didn’t fit together properly and the splits in the panels plus the doors don’t meet together! I should have stopped them building it and complained to the company then but I let them finish it then complained which was silly of me - should have done it sooner! Now it’s up we have to live with the issues. So if you have any niggles or problems please be sure to contact them straight away!”
