Sadly the garden furniture that arrived for my mum was not quite as seen in the photos. Only had seat pad and no back cushions as shown. Disappointing. And hard to get hold of anyone to sort a return.

Horrendous experience. Does not appear to have a manager just rude staff. I think I should win £300 vouchers to cover loss of work and spending a day on the phone being fobbed off. Promised callbacks nothing materialised. Worst company

Really dissappointed shed showing cracks and large bowing in panels I can almost fit my hand through, knot holes and small cracks everywhere, customer service fobbed me off the never replied to subsequent emails

I purchased a Shed from Sheds.co.uk in March 23. The Shed duly arrived but some parts were missing. I contacted them ref this, and whilst they initially replied and said they would deal with it, several weeks have now gone by and now they no longer respond to emails or answer the phone. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a shed from sheds.co.uk and it arrived damaged in around 7 places. I contacted the company and sent in photographs. I followed this up with phone calls and emails but the company failed to get back to me with a suggestion regarding how to deal with the damaged shed..such as replacement or refund.

Although I had a delivery date, I didn't have a rough time, I rang the day before and was told they would call to let me know, they didn't, I got a text two hours before the driver arrived. The apex was broken of on the rear panel, four panels to the side of the door had splits in them with nails showing, two had to be replaced by me ,as they disintegrated on being touched, the floor had to be strengthened with Sterling board, as it was like walking on a trampoline,despite being on a purpose made base . The fittings are cheap rubbish, and had to be replaced, I don't know why though, any self respecting thief would pull off the panels which are bowing and twisting already. If I had paid full price for it ,the company and I would have had to have words, as it is ,it is just not worth the effort. Buy something better, and save yourself the grief.

Make sure you check your order! We ordered a windowless shed. The delivery was quick and very efficient. Communication wasn’t great, but the gentleman delivery was kind and helpful. When it came to building the shed, it came to our attention that one of the panels had six windows in it, instead of it being windowless. As we have paid for the shed to be built independently and we needed the shed building urgently for storage due to house repairs happening the following week, we had no choice but to go ahead and have the shed built. I then contacted the customer service team to explain the problem, their resolution was to send another panel without the windows, however we are not in a position to be able to pay for the builder to come back take down the shed and rebuild it after the panel has been delivered. Sheds.co.uk have put us in an impossible position by delivering the incorrect panel and not checking their own orders before despatched. I have asked they will provide the labour to replace the panel on the shed, they won’t. I’ve ask if they will pay for the windows to be blacked out, they won’t. So, as long as your order goes right, it will be a great experience. It’s a good shed and we are pleased. If it goes wrong, don’t expect much help in rectifying and be prepared to be out of pocket for their mistakes.

Can't review the gate, it has still not arrived, but i can review the company. Very Poor service. Ordered on the 23rd of March expected delivery by 4th April, messaged on the 27th March for update on delivery, recieved notification that the gate was to be passed to the shippers on the 31st March (EIGHT DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED) I am guessing they forgot the order or just did not want to waste time on processing it, (same thing really). It is now the 5th April and still not arrived. Sadly my wife has ordered a shed from this company, now wondering if it is going to be delivered on time or the same poor quality as B&Q sheds.

This shed is very poor quality its not cut straight. The worst shed purchased we would have be better off making our own. We did ring to complain no answer!

Terrible quality of shed. You parts were manufactured incorrectly and had to be broken apart. Shed is very wobbly and other parts it was built with is broken. Would not recommend

What a complete waste of money!!! ordered 6 x 3 garden bar as website said offered next day delivery! after getting a time from the couriers, I then had a phone call saying it would be another week as they couldn't offer next day delivery at all! Shed finally arrived, driver was brilliant and unloaded safely. Finally got round to build the shed (after painting the panels as being put in a corner) not a single panel has lined up, nor are straight! this would have been sent back immediately if i hadn't had to paint it before building! What an absolute rip off!!! horrendous quality!!!!

Greenhouse delivered on time, however when putting it together found that I was missing the two poles that form the top of the roof to slide the panels into were missing. Unfortunately, as I was putting this up at the weekend I was unable to get in touch quickly to get the missing parts. This has resulted in the wind getting hold of the structure and completely destroying it. It is now a heap of metal and parts in the garden and I am unable to fix it. I would not recommend getting anything from this company as I now do NOT have a greenhouse and have wasted over £300 just by them not making sure that all the parts were sent out.

Absolute disaster . Delivered not all of the shed but don’t blame the delivery company as you packaged up and sent me a garden bench ?? I have taken photos . Parts broken , bags split , screws gone everywhere . I will be calling you Monday . Put today aside to put this together so totally wasted my day now , absolutely fuming .

I ordered a shed on Sunday 27th March, and I am still waiting to be told when I can expect delivery. I have emailed to enquire and was informed on 2nd March and was told "I have spoken to the manufacturer and they are still deciding a delivery date due to your postcode." I emailed yesterday (8th March) for an updated, but have not head back as yet.

I ordered a compost bin, picked a delivery date and was duly charged for my purchase. The company that makes the product and fulfils the order then call to say that I can't have delivery on the day I chose, as Sheds.co.uk have given me a delivery day that is not available. After complaining to the manufacturer I'm offered another delivery day, which I accept. The day before that delivery is due, I'm told the product is now out of stock and they can't tell me when I can have my product delivered. An utterly ridiculous situation and a total waste of time.
