“My call to customer service was answered promptly, but the information that I was given, namely the box I was purchasing would arrive unassembled but that it would be be simple and easy to build was totally unrealistic. It took an experienced handyman nearly 2 hours to build the box and the instructions were not particularly helpful.”

“My only issue is that the instructions to build it are a little difficult to read. Dry fit the parts first before you secure them, measure twice fit once. Lovely looking summerhouse, we are well pleased with it.”
