“The whole process was inconvenient. Longer than expected delivery time. No notice of of delivery date or time. Luckily I was at home when the shed arrived. I was given the wrong flooring, the wrong roof pieces, also wrong instructions!! Jason from the manufacturer called and sorted it all out for me the following working day. The way it was packed on a pallet was extreme! Screws were so embedded and few screw heads broken off. It was harder to unpack than to build it!! It’s an ok shed.”

“What awesome service you have given, ordered on a FThursday pm and arrived by Monday am , all palleted and very well packed. The dfelivery driver was also really helpful with locating the pallet with his electric Sack truck. Would really recomend Sherds.co.uk Thankyou so muck”

“Got the bar/shed putting up was easy, two days later the wooden slats started to pull apart and the roof slats have bowed. Not very happy. Have had to spend alot of money covering the whole thing in thick plastic. Back slats are still pulling apart and no way to fix. Very disappointing and frustrating as these are not cheap”

“I haven't had delivery of of the Yardmaster 10x8 ft Double Door Castleton shed I ordered but I've been impressed by the easy to use website and by the staff who were readily able to verify that the rideon mower that I want to store in it would fit through the double doors and the depth of the shed would accommodate the length of the mower. Furthermore I explained that I would have to find someone to lay the necessary concrete base before I can take delivery and they were happy to hold off delivery until I advise them that the base is ready.”

“I ordered the shed because of the 2- 3 days delivery.The tracking service does not recognise my consignment number so it doesn't look as though it is on the way.Late delivery means that I will.have no one to.put up the shed as the gardeners will have finished and left. This is a problem for me and I may end up cancelling the order.”
