“Great product, quality timber used, fast response to questions and decent screws ( unusual these days!) I'm no carpenter but didn't make too many mistakes. Why mistakes? Because the instructions are tricky to read ( what is the trend for small grey writing on white paper about?) Please don't scrimp on the most important part of the job....planning which involves easily reading the info. Bigger pages, better quality paper (after a weeks build mines in shreds) and writing you can easily read. Apart from this I can't fault the product or firm and am very happy with my summer house. Thanks to all concerned 😀 The photo is where I'm up to, not completed.”

“Easy to navigate website. Easy to order with choice of styles offered. Easy to pay and arrange delivery. Good quality wood and structure, easy to assemble and string structure. A couple of things: didn’t know it would be delivered on a huge pallet and packed over 7 foot high so had to unwrap in the street and bring into the garden in pieces then dispose of pallet; clearer instructions for roof assembly. Very happy overall 😊”

“It was an easy website to use. Loved the way you could filter by shed size to find what you need. It said delivery could be up to 2 weeks but when I got the link to book delivery I was able to get it 5 says later. There was a link and I could see where the driver was which meant I panicked less when I found out delivery was over the school run as knowing local traffic I would make it home before the delivery.”

“I was worried after ordering my log cabin from Sheds but receiving emails from 2 other unrelated companies or so I thought ( bookabldg and shiregb )neither had phone numbers and the embedded links didn’t work. I started to think I had been scammed !,,,, I had the opportunity to speak with Jade from Sheds and she explained the company relationships and she then booked my delivery date. I do think that Sheds need to make the relationship for delivery clear when ordering.”

“My shed was delivered this morning on the date and time specified your delivery driver was extremely polite and helpful a credit to the company the shed is now up and finished by myself and my wife very pleased. A good shed at a great price”

“The web site and staff made out that purhasing the shed and base would be all I needed. When the lovely installation chap showed up he was not pleased. I apparently needed extra support timbers etc to make sure the shed base didnt sink and to spread the weight evenly. This was not explained by sheds.co.uk and was rather naughty and a waste of my and the installation chaps time. The shed though not set up correctly is great, but had I not followed the chaps advice regarding extra timbers then the shed would have sank and the door wouldnt have opened etc.”

“Straight forward view and purchase website and when delivery would be made. Could have been an instruction for delivery options though that might come when delivery is pending. I have taken delivery of shed as yet so cannot comment on quality.”
