“A clean and well laid out website. The whole process was super simple and the filters on the website help narrow the many choices. There are a lot of customisable options but each one comes with a description and helps you understand just what you are getting and how much you are paying for it. The phone version was a little tricky for address input that lead to me putting in the wrong information. The number listed on the website just keeps ringing but the email is provided and a member of the team fixed my issue quickly. Overall, a good experience.”

“Very happy with the Shed and the customer service from Wendy. However, I would suggest some improvements to the communication from Sheds - once we purchased the Shed, there was nothing in the email to tell us when it was likely to arrive and to expect a follow-up email closer to the time with exact delivery date. This meant I had to email the after-sales email address to find out. After Sales from Wendy was excellent with super fast response and all the details I needed. The shed did arrive with a missing Roof Sheet - which I went and bought from B&Q and Shed.co.uk refunded me the amount I had to spend. Again, excellent customer service.”
