“Product itself isn’t really fit for purpose. Flimsy wood that doesn’t fit together properly. Dreadful customer service and after sales treatment, that’s from both the manufacturer and website team too. Do not buy Mercia products.”

“I had a terrible experience and will never use this company again. I received a poor quality set of decking tiles which I sent photos of. Initially I was very impressed with the customer service, who told me they were very sorry and there would be a refund. They rang back to say they wouldn’t be collecting as it wasn’t cost efficient for them so I disposed of the tiles at my own inconvenience. however nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund and now being told the manufacturer is going to collect and then they will refund… this is a mess. Avoid this company”
