“Can't believe it came on a single pallet. Instructions???”

“4 out of 5 stars. The instructions rely on video rather than clear printed instructions. Also the screws aren't numbered in the instructions which makes it hard to identify which should go where. Other than that the shed was easy to assemble with two people. Took 6 hours to put up”

“Shed seems good value. No updates provided on delivery until it had nearly arrived, luckily there was someone there to take delivery. When I enquired when I should expect it I just received a stock answer which wasn't particularly helpful. But I would order from here again”

“I might update my review later but considering online it said the shed was in stock with delivery in 1-2 days and was not provided any deliver details, reached out to customer service who said I would be contacted by third part for delivery and still not, which was 3 business days since order is the reason for the rating. To be clear the rating is based on the fact I have 0 clue or idea when I am to expect shed and I basically chose to buy from here because of the deliver date expected.”

“You need to get some staff to answer your phones...... I hope my shed is OK when it gets to me but I am worried that it is the same quality as your customer service in which case it may be coming back for a refund......”

“Delivery times are NOT realistic. The fence panels I ordered still have not arrived three weeks later. It said 2-7 days delivery. Its a joke. Very unacceptable.”

“Unfortunately I'm unable to review my purchase since despite the sheds.co.uk website stating 1-2 working day delivery (order placed 3 working days ago) I've yet to receive any communication from the manufacturer to confirm a delivery date and message to sixty.co.uk (aka shed.co.uk) querying this has received no response. 1 star given due to misleading delivery information on website and sixty.co.uk / sheds.co.uk failure to respond to my query and not a reflection of the shed since I've yet to receive it (and have no idea when I will).”

“Ordered shed after conversation about door relocation, which was very helpful, delivery was quick the only thing was app used only updates after company collect then is comes up with next day so something just be aware of. Delivery was good, a part was damaged but sent email that night and within next day had confirmation of new part being delivered next day.”

“I went onto sheds.co.uk it was amazing I found exactly what I was looking for immediately. (Bonus) The website was very easy, I ordered the shed adjusted via bespoke order and delivery date within 7 days. I wish it was as easy on some other sites I looked. I would definitely recommend and will not hesitate should I need to use again.... Well done sheds.co.uk”
