Awful customer service. On the delivery date I called 4 times to check on a delivery time. Each time I was assured that delivery would be that day and the driver would call me to confirm the time. The final time I phoned, the Sheds team put the phone down as soon as they heard my name and then did not pick up when I called back. When I then called a different department I was told that the delivery team knew that the delivery was not going to be made that day. Awful and they will need to do a lot to earn my trust back.

For me, terrible, shed was delivered by Mercian Garden Centre with one end ripped open, i contacted Sheds & Co to collect the item and refund me but they would'nt until the item had been collected, this took three weeks as Mercian Garden Centre sent the wrong lorry and also wanted me to repack it for them! (i had just had a new hip put in). The argument about collection is between Mercian Garden Centre and Sheds & Co, not me, the customer, i contacted the Consumer Association and they told me that by law Sheds & Co had to refund me immediately but the did'nt. Finally the item was collected and four weeks later i received my refund, no apology for the whole fiasco, nothing, so no more Sheds & Co for me.

Shed delivered on the 11th december been outside in the wet still not been built dispite paying a 159 pound contacted many times many communication errors no body ever gets back to you lots of different explanations when you ring up very poor service

I ordered a patio set cover 6 Oct, website gave it as in stock. Contacted after 4 weeks of nothing and was told we would get it end of Nov. Now Jan and still nothing. I have emailed on contact form no reply I have tried to ring never an answer it cuts you off after hanging on 5 mins each time. They still have £54 of my money! I understand things go out of stock but the lack of communication is appalling. Be warned!

Promised a shed, didn’t turn up despite me calling that day 45 mins before the company closed. Called to cancel my order and now I’m money out of pocket because their supplier is shut till after new year. I therefore had to beg a local garden centre to deliver me one before my disabled sons sensory items where delivered. I called... calls were dropped on me, total disappointment and would never recommend to anyone

You sent email to us yesterday to confirm your order had been delivered, however, you refused the delivery. This has been passed over to the supplier. Hi, I ordered a Adley 5' x 3' Windowless Shiplap Apex Shed in April this year, which according to sheds.co.uk is a premium shed, well i wouldn't believe what they say, the shd has since moved all over the place, the door has dropped and when i contacted the team on email, the response was re-hang the door, i knew this wouldn't work as the door had actually dropped from the last 3 slats, i responded and all they kept saying was "re hang" the door, so i did it, as expected nothing changed, when i said that, the reply was i need to hammer the slats back, why didn't you tell me that the first 5 emails, why should i do that? when quoted the warranty i got nothing back, they said the manufacturer was going to call me, nothing after writing 2 email.. I would recommend you go else where for your order as their customer service is awful and the sheds are poor quality. Regard,

Very poor customer service, no communication and slow delivery, 6 days, not 2 as advertised. I called 5 times and whilst the staff were friendly at the outset, they didn’t answer any questions and never called back. No emails or communications at all. When I asked them to find out the delivery date whilst I held on the line, they just kept me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up the call. They must have recognised my number after that, as when I called back they kept picking up the call then hanging up without speaking. All in all, a shoddy, rude service...

Hi Alan, Thank you for your review. We have looked into your order and can see the product you ordered is on a delivery lead time of between 2-5 working days. Your order was placed on Thursday 12th December and you contacted us on the Friday 13th December, where we confirmed delivery for Tuesday 17th December. Your order was delivered to you on Tuesday 17th December. The delivery team would have sent you an email directly to advise of the delivery of your order.

Bought as a Christmas present for my children. Arrived wet and with green mould. After paying for someone to come and build the playhouse, they discovered a good number of parts were missing. We were told on the 19th December that replacement parts would not be arriving until the New Year. Atrocious service and bad product.

Good price for shed but absolutely appalling customer service. One agent told me I could Organise delivery when I wanted but once the order was placed I was told they wanted £140 plus VAT and then hung up on the call. I would never buy from them ever again.

The shed arrived and my husband and I wasted 2 hours trying to figure out the parts (my husband had taken the day off work to do this), after being cut off on their phone line several times I was put through to the manufacturer and it turned out I had the wrong instructions, they emailed me the correct ones...for us then to discover we had the wrong parts (we had random parts from different sheds and not enough screws etc). So then after speaking with them again was promised they would replace the shed AND come build it. I just needed to email them the issues we had been having. Then the management, upon receiving my email, refused the home installation service. Very poor customer service. The new shed (a hardwood pressure treated shiplap pent large outdoor store) took about 5 hours to build (with 2 of us). Two of the parts required us to cut them smaller as they were the wrong size.

They say "Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes." Yet after entering my own Scottish postcode (near Edinburgh) and a selection of other Scottish central belt postcodes and a few Welsh postcodes they want to charge £60. I have no issue paying for delivery, my issue is with false advertising, it isn't most UK postcodes.

Hi, Thank you for your review. As you have stated, free delivery is available to 'most' UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Different suppliers do have different or no charges. If you wish to call us on 0345 034 6481, we can look into this and see if there is a supplier who does not charge to you area.

I have called 4 times in he last 9 days to try and solve a problem with an order which ha had missing parts. I get told every time someone will call me back to tell me what’s going on and no-one does. Terrible customer service. Anyone at your organisation willing to help?????

Delivered damaged goods, after numerous assurances from them that they would replace the item they just ignored me. I got my money back through the credit card company taking up the dispute on my behalf. Avoid.

I ordered a summer house for delivery today. I got a text at 6.30am saying delivery would be between 7.30 and 9.30am. I was asleep and my phone was on vibrate so I didn't hear the text or the first phone call at 7.30. I picked up on the second phone call. It's being delivered to my mum's address (which I'm not at til 9am this morning - my elderly mother is there but will be sound asleep). Where I am there's hardly any signal and I could hardly hear him and had to shout to be heard (waking up everyone in the house I'm in). He was being really moody about it and couldn't find the house - saying "it's dark, I can't see". Maybe try delivering in the daylight?! Especially for such a large expensive product. I've had to tell him to leave it in the wide open garage at the front of the property - as I don't know how it's packaged and wouldn't have been able to direct him to a) a safer place b) the back of the house (where it's being put up). Really unimpressed with delivery, especially for an additional £60! You would have known you were delivering this early by at least last night and could have given me a bit of advance warning so I could have made sure I was a) awake and b) there. Who delivers a book at 7.30am... let alone a 3x3m summer house!!!!!????

Hi Natasha, Thank you for your review. We always aim to deliver a great experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark. In regards to the delivery, all our delivery time slots are between 7am and 7pm. The delivery team do contact you beforehand with a 2 hour time slot for the day and do call you 20-30 minutes before arrival, which did occur. I can only apologise that your order was the first on the load that day. I'm pleased that the delivery driver has put your order safely into the garage, as all deliveries are kerbside. I can see that this is currently being dealt with through our emailing system, help@sixty.co.uk.

Only interested in passing the buck when things inevitably go wrong. Poor product, delivery bizzare, but very interested in taking your money. You have to be wary with this company as I suspect they have an interest in the shed companies they market for and the review sites. Avoid.

You did refuse to send images through to us and we have had no correspondence from you since. To assist you further, we would need those images sending through to us.

Awful delivery and installation service. The sheds come from different suppliers so get delivered at different times, and the installation is done by different people again so you have to be available for multiple different delivery and installation days and then leave the shed lying around for ages before installation. They refused to organise installation before delivery, even though they have a 2-3 week wait on installation and the sheds both arrived within 1 week. Stupid and inconvenient. Much easier to order from somewhere else.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have looked into your order and can see you placed your order on Saturday 30th November. The sheds which you have ordered are both being delivered tomorrow 4th December, even though they do come from different suppliers. The installation team have confirmed they can come to visit you on the 12th December to, dismantle a previous shed, install your new buildings and install the wooden portabase. As for our delivery and installation lead times, all the information regarding this is on our website and is stated in our terms and conditions, which you would of accepted before placing the order. Do not buy a shed from this company. I have had an absolutely appalling experience where they delivered the wrong shed panels and did not respond to my emails or pick up the phone. I raised a dispute with my credit card company and they lied saying that I had not responded to them. Absolutely shocking as they could not co-ordinate their courier service. I eventually addressed the issue liaising directly with the manufacturer. 15th July ordered windowless shed 18th July incorrect shed delivered – with windows 19th July called and no answer – put online order enquiry through 19th July enquiry acknowledgement 51697 22nd July supplying pictures and details as requested 22nd July correspondence asking for photos of the manual 23rd July told that details been sent over to Manufacturer 26th July – I email in asking for a timescale to manage my expectations 26th July – told that manufacturer had sent correct panels out by courier (not notified to me or received) 29th July Me emailing in asking for an update and a call as I couldn’t get through on phone 31st July Me emailing in asking for an update and a call as I couldn’t get through on phone 4th August Me emailing in asking for an update and a call as I couldn’t get through on phone 6th August Me emailing in asking for an update and a call as I couldn’t get through on phone 6th August – Naomi emailed back – ‘we will be in touch’ 8th August - I email again no reply 13th August - I email again no reply (still cant get through on the phone) 13th august Ellis emailed 15th august – I emailed to confirm I had not received the shed panels yet Woodlands sheds sent me through an email confirming delivery slot of Thursday 22nd Shed panels were not delivered Thursday 22nd so I emailed both Sixty Stores (Ellis) and the Woodlands shed company to say so Woodlands called me Friday 23rd and said that the replacement panels would be delivered 27/08/19 No panels delivered 27th August Emailed both sixty stores and woodlands sheds Natasha emailed me 27th August to say that Ellis had emailed me on 13th august and that unfortunately she had not had a response Called and spoke with Lauren who said that she would call tonight or tomorrow to explain what the arrangements were. No call back came and so I lodged the credit card payment dispute as described. Mistakes are made - however to be that unhelpful in me addressing it and then saying that I didn't reply to correspondence and calls to my credit card company is absolutely disgusting as that is a lie. I will be complaining to the regulator about this misrepresentation.

Hi Jane, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you need to review us in this way. We have looked into your order and can see that you made first contact with us on 19th July to advise that you had been delivered the incorrect parts. On the 23rd July, the parts which were incorrect were confirmed and sent over to the manufacturer. On the 26th July, we confirmed that the manufacturer would be in contact to arrange a collection and replacement with you. On the 13th August a Customer Service assistant emailed you to confirm if you had the correct parts for you order and you were happy. However, we did not have a response until the 27th August, when we confirmed that the collection and replacement was meant to occur on the 22nd of August but no one was present at the address. I can see the Customer Service manager took this enquiry over and this matter was dealt with by 30th September.

Bought this shed off you and had it delivered by shire and told to wait for assembly by sheds.co.uk no contact at all by you having to wait for shire to get back to you not happy and won’t be buying off you again

I didn’t realise that you could sell something so flimsy for so much money, this shed is made the same as the cheapest fence panel , absolute rubbish in fact it’s not fit for purpose, the floor is so thin as is the roof, the only good thing was the bloke that delivered it he was very helpful
