“Not very happy ..the shed I ordered on the 30/5/23 which you stated would be delivered in 5-7 days I have been notified this morning (after I contacted the supplier) that the shed will not even be picked up by the carrier until 14/6/23 and then it will take ANOTHER 7-10 days before it is delivered to my home !! I have phoned your help line twice today , and had no reply. So I cannot review the quality of the shed .”

“Placed the order. They gave me a delivery date so I booked the day off work to receive it and build it. 1 day before the shed was suppose to arrive they emailed to say it would not be delivered and new delivery date would come soon, still no date. Very poor service. Happy to take my money straight away though”

“Storage unit is great but delivery was shocking had an email on day or purchase but nothing else to advise when this would be. A Tuffnells delivery person seen walking down driveway on camera was only reason we knew this had been delivered.”

“easy to get into and fill in to order the shed that your wanting and explans all you need to know and the bonus i think if you get the write shed it states they can assemble it to so in my case this helps and is brillent to have”

“They never answer their telephone, tried to call them so many times and waited for ours with no luck at all. They never send me an email regarding the delivery only a confirmation about the purchase. Not sure what to do now? Maybe I will call my bank to get the money back. Very disappointed indeed.”
