“I purchased a pent Power shed from sheds.co.uk. The whole experience was very easy and professional. The product arrived when promised, in a great condition and well packaged. The shed was easy to assemble (I did it by myself) and the visitors I've had so far have complimented on it, thanks so much!”

“If this review was just about the shed I would have given 3 stars as it is no more than expected at the price and the felt for the roof seems poor quality. However it is the customer service that drives my score down. The shed was delivered without the felt or the fixing kit, when I messaged this I received a reply from Naomi within 24 hours which was fine but then I received no information on my follow up question so after a couple of days I tried phoning and it was only after numerous calls with long waits that I managed to get through to someone called Max who was very polite and assured me that the felt along with the fixing kit which was also missing would be sent asap. After 4 working days with no delivery and no further updates I tried to call again. This time I spoke to Kayla who again was very polite and assured me that she would get the missing items sent out and keep me updated, to be fair she did keep me updated and the felt arrived a few days later although the fixing kit was still missing. I understand that things can go wrong but I see no reason the customer cannot be kept updated and they shouldn’t have to keep chasing the company to find out what is happening, only Kayla did this although the fixing kit still did not arrive and I have simply given up on this.”

“Order #S-000306631....utterly beyond belief level of incompetence. Ordered Bin Store...arrived with 4 LH Gables and no RH Gables. Contacted Sheds.Co.UK.....sent out replacement Gables. Gables arrived....Both LH. Recontacted Sheds.Co.UK..sent out further replacement Gables which arrived last week.....BOTH were LH AGAIN!!! No reply to 7 emails and phone 'Help' Line doesn't take calls. Avoid at all costs if you wish to retain your sanity.”

“The whole ordering process was very straightforward and great communication regarding the delivery of our summer house. Ben the delivery driver was very helpful and gave ne some useful advice on the assembly of our summer house, many thanks. “I purchased an Adley 12' x 8' Cambridge Summer House With Side Shed in the summer and I would just like to say how delighted I am with it. Thank you for the assistance on ordering and fast delivery of it. I got a few friends to construct it for me and it looked great. we have been using it almost every day even in the heavy rain its lovey and secure to sit in , I just wish I have ordered it a few years ago . “Not a happy customer! The shed was delivered yesterday damaged, what makes it worse is that the driver told us even before us seeing it! Why would you let it be delivered knowing that it’s Damaged….we’ve waited 3 weeks and now we will be waiting even longer.”

“Delivery driver was excellent and it was delivered in a timely manner. Parts poorly put together and missing. Contacted company as handles missing, still haven't arrived. Had to plane the doors to make them fit. Would not recommend.”
