“searched for a summer house by size and was really impressed that all your options were exactly what i was looking for, once i found the product i was looking for i needed to check if the window panels were reversable so i contacted te telephone number on the website the response was concise and very efficient ensuring me that this was the case so after dscussing with my wife we ordered the shed immediately and aslo found to our surprise that even though we were not expectin git the shed will be delivered on easter monday, wonderful servcie throughout the ordering process”

“This item was delivered without the black liner or any screws/fitting instructions. I sourced the screws myself rather than all of the inconvenience in returning the item. I emailed for a black liner, for which I had to wait. I painted the living screen/planter with a top coat I had bought and during this, discovered that one of the corner joints wasn’t secure and one of the panels had come loose. This isn’t a cheap item and I was really disappointed and frustrated after time and effort to put the item together and to paint it. I emailed customer service asking for a partial refund for this damaged item rather than a return and replacement. I was offered as a “gesture of good will” a refund for the screws I had used if I provided them with a receipt for the screws. The just felt like a joke. I can’t recommend the item as it was faulty and missing parts and the after sales was very poor. I would not buy anything from this company again.”

“4 out of 5 stars. The instructions rely on video rather than clear printed instructions. Also the screws aren't numbered in the instructions which makes it hard to identify which should go where. Other than that the shed was easy to assemble with two people. Took 6 hours to put up”

“Shed seems good value. No updates provided on delivery until it had nearly arrived, luckily there was someone there to take delivery. When I enquired when I should expect it I just received a stock answer which wasn't particularly helpful. But I would order from here again”

“I might update my review later but considering online it said the shed was in stock with delivery in 1-2 days and was not provided any deliver details, reached out to customer service who said I would be contacted by third part for delivery and still not, which was 3 business days since order is the reason for the rating. To be clear the rating is based on the fact I have 0 clue or idea when I am to expect shed and I basically chose to buy from here because of the deliver date expected.”
