“No correspondence about delivery or confirmation about arrival time for the build. Really frustrating when I ‘think’ it’s suppose to arrive and am just hanging around waiting for delivery just in case. No response to phone or email.”

“Hello, I unpacked the shed today and was disappointed at what I found. > The panels have been sandwiched on a pallet and screwed together then cross-braced with a couple of bits of timber and several panels have sustained damage as a result. > A couple of the wall panels are badly warped, probably due to the way they were screwed together on the pallet, with one end curved by ~20mm - 25mm. > One of the bearers (for screwing to the ends of the floors is too badly bowed to be able to fit. > Some of the tongue (of the T&G/shiplap) is broken off, which compromises the weatherproofing. > etc. etc. > Some pictures attached. For reference, my order number is: 1101725 I will be contacting you via email to discuss either a a return/refund or replacement, as I should not be expected to fix your mistakes.”

“I bought the 9' x 6' apex shed. Every piece "walls, floor and roof" had to be trimmed to fit. Quite a number of panels were damaged, So I hade to make do with it. If all the panels were trimmed to the frame, life would have been easy but not one was. It should have taken about two hours to erect but having to saw and trim them, took two days. This shed cost me £789.00. Certainly not worth the money. I couldn't recomment this company.”

“Phone system needs reviewing as l called numerous times with the call cancelled. This made me think it was a scam but l messaged them through their web page and James answered me very promptly and answered all my questions. He has asked me to contact him with any issues l have with my order. Good job.”

“Bought the 7x5 pent shed....well went together very well took in total 4 days to put up but then the temp was in 30s . A couple of panels needed a touch up with cladding coming away from struts .but all in all easy to erect.v”

“The right shed at the right price and a superb delivery service. My shed arrived in A1 condition on the arranged day with no problems at all. Offloaded into my driveway by the two lads on the truck. Couldn't have been easier. The shed was an absolute doddle to assemble, with nothing missing, damaged or otherwise problematic. Assembled in an afternoon, roofed the next day and looking good in my garden. This needed to be good as it was a birthday present for my wife. She is over the moon and absolutely loves her new shed.”

“The inventory on the site is comprehensive but the detailed search mechanism is poor. The site is also very slow. It is also confusing as to from whom the product is being purchased from. Is it Cabins .co.uk sheds.co.uk or many other IRLs that all link to a site with the same inventory. Then you find you are dealing with a company called Sixty which means nothing. Consequently this reduces trust in the site.”

“Terrible delivery company used to delivery shed. Product very shoddy. Communication very good.I bought a 11x8 Holt pent shed last January. Delivery was a farce. I had about 5 minutes notification of it being delivered. Wasn't told what day, just a message at roughly 1pm saying it will be delivered today at 1.15pm 2 weeks after I ordered it. Driver couldn't unload it due to trolly jack making it too high to get to tail lift so spent 40 minutes in the rain unloading it with him by hand. All he did was swear every 2 minutes. When the shed was finally constructed it was full of holes and gaps in the walls. The roof panels didn't match up either because they weren't square. Nothing is square or level even though the concrete base is level. There are numerous holes where knots have fallen out and big gaps, including between shiplap. I thought the whole idea of shiplap was for a snug fit....loads of light between some of them. Absolutely awful product that I wish I'd never purchased.”

“Initially I had an email conversation with one the team which was wonderful as it have me time to reflect and thing, best of all if they were unsure of anything they would always go away and double check. Sadly I did arrange a callback which never happend and when I phoned I was on hold for quite some time before it rang off. But, they called me back within 2 minutes and apologised - the person on the phone was kind, friendly and very patient. All in all a very great purchasing expirance.”

“I found the choice and prices very competitive and with free delivery in as little as 5 working days I took the plunge. I ordered and Monday was notified of dispatch on as Tuesday, had to ring customer services as the postcode was incorrect, my error, they sorted it immediately and I took delivery today (Friday). Well packaged and all seems in good order. Will construct over the weekend and will revisit the review of I have any problems. A good compost to do business with.”

“I was looking for new shed 8x6 feet for our dogs they are outside dogs and went on lot of sites and found sheds uk it was big enough and in our price range and free delivery so went ahead and brought it I phoned and put the order over the phone people At sheds were very helpful and put my order through for me plus you can order your delivery date I give them 10 out 10”

“Not sure yet, as I haven't received the order. However I am not impressed brother lack of communication. Since my purchase I have received only an acknowledgement of purchase and nothing else. No dispatch date, no delivery date, no tracking number. So far not impressed. I will give a 2 stars. Will see if I am going to change my mind after I am receiving my order, which i hope it will be really soon.”
