“Excellent experience from start to finish. I'm a complete novis when it comes to all things sheds, so i found the website very informative with clear descriptions etc. The checkout and delivery options were easy to navigate too. The delivery process was faultless, good email comunication from the delivery comapny and finally a nice call from our delivery driver 30 mins before his arrival. The product itself is great - as described and relatively easy to build (for a novis!). I would have no hesitation in recommending sheds.co.uk - very happy with our purchase - great company.”

“Unfortunately I had a really unhelpful experience with this Company. My order was lost somehow and I waited in all day but the delivery never arrived. Despite my having an email confirmation and being told when I rang to check on the day of the order that everything was confirmed. To add insult to injury when I contacted them I was told that there had been a problem with their payment system, the order hadn't gone through, they were aware of this but they hadn't bothered to tell me. It did arrive eventually, a week late, but I had wasted a lot of time waiting in plus the time I had kept clear over a weekend for shed building I asked for some compensation and was offered the derisory amount of £5. Really poor service = I won't be using them again. You can't trust them”

“Easy to understand and order on line, very quick to respond to questions asked and answered via a phone call from the company. And we received the wood stain and protection paint less than a week after ordering. Looking forward to receiving our summer house in the next 4-5 weeks. Really happy so far with the communication received.”

“The order process was easy and the delivery prompt. Unfortunately no instructions were provided with the shed and so I needed to enquire a couple of times for the to arrive. In hindsight I should have paid for the shed to be built for me but I thought the build would be easier than it actually was.”

“I recently ordered a shed but then realised that the delivery date would be too far ahead. I emailed to ask if this order could be cancelled. I quickly had an emailed response, and after offering an option of other alternatives, my order was swiftly cancelled, with reimbursment due. I appreciate this being dealt with quickly and with now quibbles. Many thanks”
