“Terrific experience all round. Communication from the start till the finish was great. Plenty emails updating on delivery dates and times, great communication from delivery driver including phone call the evening before delivery then tracking the van 🚚 on day of delivery. Easy build of the log cabin, instructions were easy to follow and we built it in less than a day. Just needs a paint then it’s complete. 🏚️”

“Am pleased with the quality of the storage shed but your instructions as to how to put together as awful, they are not detailed enough and confusing, the tacks provided.to attach the felt are not long enough and whole process has needed some improvisation which Is very frustrating especially as the shed cost £250, would just not have been expected it!.”

“The delivery was on time and the driver was very nice and helpful. I had ordered a 10 x 6 HOLT shed with the pressure treated base. There were instructions only for the shed not the base, which seems fine but there were a random assortment of timbers and after an hour of tetrus I discovered I had 6 extra pieces (which is fine but not when you think they should be part of the build). I asked for instruction from their sales team and the response was check your email for instructions - not very helpful. The shed build itself was easy though a few parts needed modifying before they fit”

“I ordered a shed from the website on May 5th. The ordering process was good, as was the customisation selection. It's now May 11th, I've not heard anything since and the website has been down for maintenance for at least three days now. All told I'm not really sure what to think - if the site comes back up and communication around delivery etc starts then my review will head towards 5 stars. If the silence continues it might well drop to 2 or 1.”

“UNABLE TO GET A TIME OF DAY FOR MY DELIVERY. TRACKING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK. ALL I HAVE IS 11TH MAY. ITS A SHAME THAT YOU CHARGE SO MUCH FOR SHED INSTALLATION AS I HAVE HAD TO SOURCE A LOCAL PERSON. ITS A CASE OF TAKE THE MONEY AND DUMP THE PALLET. I WILL HAVE TO STAY IN ALL DAY”

“I was looking for a garden arch & was excited to find this one as kt is so much stronger than most on the market & has a 15 year guarantee on the pressure treated wood too. It even gave the option of multiple different wood stains too- utterly brilliant!”
