Recently purchased the adley 8x6 single door shed with window. Very disappointed with how it’s been made. Many split feather edge boards, very flimsy framework as well as base being very weak. Fixings missing where they should be and nails sticking out where they have missed timber uprights. Overall a very poor product which I don’t see lasting very long. Wish I had spent extra money made one myself now. Not happy with the product at all. Framework needs to be bigger for sure for the this product, as well as a thicker ply floor and it would then be acceptable. Disappointed

Parts missing, unable to complete the shed. Contacted Palram, per instructions, promised to send but didn’t. Then no reply to emails. I contacted Sheds, they promised action and emailed Palram. Still nothing. Week later, no parts, no reply from either. Terrible service, useless shed.

Purchased a shed at what I thought was a very reasonable price, after making an enquiry over the phone which took multiple attempts to get through as the 3 options on the phone line all went to the same person if you are lucky enough to get through without being disconnected. Shed was delivered quickly which I thought was a good thing but it was damaged when arrived and most of the panels where broken or poorly put together, which was more apparent when I built the shed as the instructions are awful and they are not accurate being that the screws supplied are not fit for every location so make sure you have some longer screws than specified. I did complain and I was sent some replacement parts albeit they where also poorly made and broken and to make matters worse not correct. So I bit the bullet and made the shed which needed alot of extra screws and needed to be rebuilt in some instances as the panels did not fit together. Over all the shed is up it was cheap and you get what you pay for low value shed and it is low quality wood and production value. Customer service not great even though I did get a replacement part it wasn't worth the hassle.

The sheds have been delivered on time. I ordered one bike shed which has already been put up by ourselves but nobody has been in touch regarding the summer house which has been sitting in our garden for over 2 weeks. Its not possible to ring Sheds.co.uk at the moment and instead I am being asked to email. The SLA of a response within 2 working days was missed. After I chased somebody responded to say somebody would be in touch by phone by the end of the day. 3 days has passed since with no response. I am again back to chasing by email. Poor customer service.

Absolute shambles… ordered but never received my shed. Very disappointed with whole thing. Would not recommend… waiting for money back!!!

Looking at a summer house 8x8 and advert shows as getting it 8x10 for an extra £150 so ordered that, on looking at my invoice saw I had paid £200 more not £150! E mailed but was told to order the smaller size and they will not honour there advertising!!!

Good online shopping experience, however when it came to their phone line customer service, it was terrible, no one answered for ages on multiple times of trying to call and when I did eventually get through I spoke to the most unhelpful and uninterested employee. Dismal.

We were not happy or satisfied with the condition of the shed. Four of the panels had several holes in them where the knots had fallen out. We tried to get them replaced but our emails and phone calls have been ignored. So much for their 10-year guarantee and customer satisfaction! We have now asked for the shed to be collected and our money returned but still no response so we’ve left it in the hands of our credit card provider.

Build quality of the shed I have received is very poor the door is warped and the inside of the shed doesn’t match up I’ve not impressed considering I’ve spent over £400 I would like a manager to contact me as soon as possible because I’d like a refund and you can have the shed back. I will spend my money on a better quality shed elsewhere!

Ordered my cabin 4 weeks ago, still no delivery. Communication is shocking. Given a delivery date of 25/4 which is 9 weeks since ordering. Given a new date and now not delivered when they said... still waiting my product even though they have taken my money... NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Quick enough to take your money but not good with giving you what you paid for. So disappointed 😞

I ordered an adironrack chair and companion set together with a cover that was prompted by the website. Delivery of the chairs was quick. However quite a surprise that the chairs needed building as no suggestion of this on the website. One piece was broken which the company offered to replace. The general quality and design was poor in my opinion and not very robust. The cover arrived separately and did not fit. The company are refusing to take responsibility for this despite their website recommending the cover for this set. They have not explained why there is no hint that you need to build the item on their website. The set they sell is a Rowlinson Garden Product and I would avoid this company as well as Sheds.co.uk as the quality is poor and the design is inadequate. I think for £267 I expect a better product, clearer website and customer service that acknowledges that things could be improved

If there was an option to leave zero stars then I would. The ordering process initially was fine but do not try and swap to another product. The customer service they pride themselves on is appalling. I spoke with several staff including James one of the managers and was assured things would be sorted out that day. Over a week later and nothing was. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever received. Resulting in me cancelling my order!! Do not buy from this company!

Adley Shiplap 10x6 shed bought for £750. Appaling quality. Facts: On arrival it had: - 12 misfired nails that protuded out of the side of the frame meaning the edges wouldn't butt up against each other properly when fitting - 4 split boards one of which was on the floor and quite significant - 1 very large splinter of wood between the frame and wood on one panel meaning I had to remove the nails, lift the, remove the splinter and renail to get the boards to fit against the frame. - 3 split boards were where the transport blocks hadn't been attached for transport so the overhanging boards that should cover the base had split. - The roof arrived bowed making fitting very very difficult. Opinion: Save your money go somewhere esle. There appears to be no quality control going on here (certainly no indication of that like an attached QC sticker or tag) the facts mentioned above should not have occured in something costing £750. The minimum they should be checking for is misfired nails, not attaching transport blocks is also unforgivable. Yes the website is lovely but don't forget you're buying a shed not a picture of shed. To customer service. I haven't included an order number because I fixed it all myself and speculated that the second I'd replaced one of the badly misfired nails with one of my own that it would count as "modification" and invalidate all warranties.

Avoid at all costs company is a shambles ordered a shed over a month ago got a invoice and thats all the contact I had from them I've phoned on multiple occasions now and keep getting different dates for delivery over a month now and still no shed customer service is shocking and call handlers are not helpful no awaiting my refund

If I could give zero stars I would!! We contacted the company to swap sheds, they asked me to email which I did, we then emailed and called and was advised by various members of staff if would be sorted and it wasn’t. The customer service is beyond poor, I have cancelled the order and requested a refund, they are not responding to my emails. Do not buy from this company!!!

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. They took money on day of order - and then took 7 months to deliver and even then managed to deliver on wrong date! Faults in log cabin structure, with absolutely NO reasonable solution, and then refused to communicate with me. Had to get my monies back through Barclaycard Visa - who were excellent. What an awful company to do business with.

Very very poor quality my husband is a builder and was disgusted with this shed , the roof didn't fit properly and he had to get more timber to make right , the screws to fit the roof felt were not fit for purpose, will never buy from this company again

Web site and customer care say you will have to be indoors to sign for your shed. And a date can't be given for delivery of said shed as it comes from somewhere else. But the depot will notify you. I was on Sunday and delivered Monday, not much notice. And no signatures required! Not happy at all in taking a day off, at short notice.
