Granted the service was good and the shed arrived quickly and on the day it was meant to but the shed was just so badly and cheaply made as well as broken on arrival I'm extremely disappointed in what I got for the money I paid for it.

Shed delivered damaged so still not been able to put up. Workmanship not as good as expected. Contacted you on the day of delivery and now been waiting 6 days to discuss the issues and deal with damage.

Arrived ok but the delivery was a joke as the bloke couldn't get it out of his truck and he was just there himself. Had to help him dismantle the pallet and carry it out of the truck. Shed pretty poor quality.

Significant pieces missing. Customer complaints system was very poor: had contact from at least four different people (lost count). We sourced, finished & replaced missing pieces. Company refunded cost. Seemed standard for them to send out what was ready and expect customers to add missing pieces. For an expensive item, we would have expected better service & quality control. Would not recommend.

Order was left at the end of the alley, told by the driver I'll need a hammer. Took nearly 2 hours for me to get the supports off which had been nailed in (very overkill) and to carry each piece myself to our house. Added to this, pieces are damaged on the corners and there are no instructions - just a plastic bag filled with various nails and screws. The wood itself seems very sturdy, but a shame such a horrible delivery service, damage and lack of instructions.

I ordered a shed and used klarna as payment method and got confirmation email but never received anything else from them and never received the shed .

Brought the Adley 10x16 shed, wow terrible! broken panels (had to wait 10 days for new panels) felt with holes in, missing fixtures and fittings. The shed floor has too many small panels and is a awful quality. Would not recommend.

Beware of dealing with this company, although the items they sell are of good quality if anything goes wrong, or there is a fault with the item they do not want to know. Their customer service is appalling, they acknowledged my query quickly but no further help from them dispite several calls to them. They kept promising to resolve my problem but nothing happened. Would not buy from them again even with 50% discount.

I supplied numerous photos and details of the things that were wrong to what I presume was customer services and asked for help, but instead of help I got quoted T & G's basically saying you built it, you accepted it. How on earth do you know that it is any good without building it? The delivery arrived in lots of separate parts from the back of a White van and several parts were found to be missing later. This was reported and the items have been ordered. The parts list for the timber items is in such a small text that it is very difficult to read and you don't get a chance to check during the delivery anyway.

I have had this shed for just under 2 years and followed treatment guidelines. But I have to say that the quality of the timber is not great. warping of wood big enough to get hand through and because of the warping has caused areas to split under strain. Was told by customer services to fill cracks with wood filler and warping would go when moisture added to shed. Let's hole it rains soon!!!

sheds are put together very poorly. nails sticking out very flimsy wood has been used to mack the sheds. I am very disappointed with this shed and have had to rebuild parts of it to make it stronger and sort holes from knots in the wood. the roof bar broke as was a big knot in the middle. this shed was not worth how much I paid for it.

Don't be fooled by the guarantee. I bought from here based on a 15 year guarantee. 3 years in and the roof is sagging which is clearly a structural fault, enquired about my warranty only to be told its just an anti rot guarantee. So their structural design fault is not covered. Be careful.

Customer service was good when I needed to contact them, they responded faster than I would expect, price was acceptable considering huge rise in timber prices. Delivery was substandard and there was a piece missing, by the time I had chance to check all the parts were there driver had left.

Placed my order for a shed straightforward, got a confirmation email with no delivery date? Had to ring up to get that, which came from another supplier. Two delivery drivers arrived with my delivery, l have no access to the back of my house other than through the garage or house. They refused to do either and said it should have been stated that they couldn't do that. Ok, l said put at the side of the house so l had to shift some black bags and a bin in order for them to it. They were not helpful in doing that at all in fact one of them didn't look fit enough to do it and was out of breath. He made joke that was a bit suggestive. Don't want to hear stuff like that. It's not professional. I think you could do better.

So far we are very impressed with sheds.co.uk. Detailed information on the website, easy to order and once order they got in contact the next day to go over the details. Look forward to getting the shed! Update: now more than 2 months later we still are waiting for the shed to be installed. If all is well this should happen this week. The shed was delivered fairly quickly. Then we had to wait over a month for the base to be put down, then another month for the shed to be installed. Very disorganised and the shed parts have been outside since. Some little damage that was reported but no response. A lot of money including base and installation for average to poor service. I have to say, the people that organised the base have been great. Other than that I wouldn’t suggest using sheds.co.uk

Delivered direct from the distributor who gave a delivery slot of 2.12pm -6.12pm so I took the afternoon off work and stayed in waiting for the shed to arrive but still no sign at 6.15. Called the delivery company but their office closes at 5.30pm, great no way of tracking the delivery. Eventually the shed arrived at 6.30pm, the drivers explained they had been delayed on previous deliveries. Why could someone not have called or texted me to advise the delay so I didn't have to wait in all afternoon and lose half a days income for nothing and then wonder whether it was going to turn up at all?

I made a purchase and only 2 hrs later I realised I'd made a mistake and bought the wrong shed. I emailed and the company was great and they cancelled the order and ordered the correct shed for me, but they have not been able to give me a delivery date for the new shed. I have emailed and also spoken to them, but still do not have a date. This is very disappointing. If they were able to order the shed I wanted, you would think they must know the delivery date. When you order online, you have to choose a date to suit you as part of the order process. They have gone from very good to poor in 3 days. I can't think of an excuse for not even emailing me to explain the problem. Gutted.

The product was ok, delivery on time, the delivery driver was not happy at all with his job and he was very rude, There were parts of the product missing. After a lot of email exchange in which Costumer Service made me feel responsible in case in case I missed to request missing parts, I got the missed itens delivered. Very disappointed with the service to be honest! It is a £600 greenhouse, paid in full, people these days simply dont spend money with unecessary itens, so those who do should be at leat treated with respect. Furthermore, how can the logistics be so poor that the company expects parts of a product to be missing or damagedm, and how can the client be responsible for having to check everything perfectly as there is just one chance to fix the mistake your logists team made in first place. So, your warehouse can go wrong, but we clients cannot??? I was shocked with that!

When we started to put the shed up,it was not square. We then remeasure the floor this was 3 inches to small so we had to add extra,also the instructions were for a apex shed not pent.
