“Driver was great, product less so...”

“Bought an 8x5 Penn roof shed. Things that need to be changed and would be a simple fix. 1. Your diagram of how to put the shed up is naff, and takes little consideration of the milti sectional walls. 2. The base is not wide enough. The front and rear sections dangle in air with no support. I really dont get that! I built a frame for the shed base to sit on, so I'll be attaching extra lengths of wood to the floor joists and the base. 3. Some of the smaller shaped lengths are snapped. 4. The two ship lap sides when screwed together do not match. The horizontal lines are way off. Again this is shoddy and looks naff. 5. The diagram shows the ship lap edges running continuously from the sides to the front/rear. This is not the case. You get a plane vertical length of wood. A real shame that these things are overlooked, if trying to offer a good product and service. Recommendation. Tent errecting video clips are available on line. Who not produce a clip and include the e-mail link and QR code with the delivery note.”

“Delivery driver was excellent and it was delivered in a timely manner. Parts poorly put together and missing. Contacted company as handles missing, still haven't arrived. Had to plane the doors to make them fit. Would not recommend.”

“For the price paid not bad quality howeve, there were roof panels that were different sizes so extra peices of wood were needed to make things work - service good, delivery fine but as in most of these things quality looks better than reality.”

“Having placed my order, which was easy to do. We waited for notification of it being delivered. After a few days I contacted sheds. Quick response and a few days after it’s came. Since then it’s been sat on my drive for 5 days waiting to be erected. I messaged sheds again and was given an email address of which I send a message and waiting to hear back. Not sure if the products is ok yet but customer service is appalling ….. the customer does all the running !!!!”

“I ordered a log store and a garden shed. The log store arrived correctly after 2.5 weeks and was left on the street (delivery driver refused to crops the threshold of the driveway!) The wrong shed has now been delivered 18 days later, and I am hoping for swift resolution!”

“Communication from Sheds.co.uk extremely poor and basically non existent. They state that within 3 working days you will be contacted regarding delivery, there was no contact from them. They state on the web site that the items would be delivered in 2 to 5 days, they did not achieve this and it was eventually delivered in 13 days without any feedback without telephoning and emailing them. No contact made by the courier on the day of delivery as promised on the web site. Tracking link was provided by Sheds after a number of telephone calls to them. Currently have no issues with the quality of the corner sofa but communication was dire.”

“Whilst the website is ok, they say free delivery but when you get to the delivery page we get charged £70.00 we spend over £1300 on 2 sheds and would expect the delivery to be removed. I even spoke to customer service but they would not remove the delivery charges. So whilst we bought the sheds we felt cheated and would think twice next time.”

“She’s arrived and was delivered ok. Was informed assembly would be same company, however waited over two weeks for assembly and then it was a very poor job. I have take. Pictures of the poor workmanship but so t know who to send it too! Expensive shed and assembly - poor workmanship. Would not recommend”

“One of many that deal with Mercia sheds who manufacture. Purchasing process straightforward but if there are problems they don’t answer the phone . Don’t bother - email. There was a problem with my ordering. PayPal didn’t seem to work so I ordered on my card. But then found 2 orders placed. Only one cancelled so I’m chasing up cancelling the other to avoid £1300 on the cc.”

“The delivery guy refused to take it round into the garden which was a shame, not sure most have a shed in their house! The shed was all in separate parts, so no idea if it’s all there until we build it.”

“Don’t use this company if you want a shed delivered on time. The 3 weeks promised wily now be 4 weeks. No info sent by them only replied after 3 emails. Can’t comment on shed as won’t be delivered until next week.”
