“Superb company - absolutely delighted with the shed that I ordered last week. Communication from the company has been excellent - they contacted me to ask if they could deliver earlier than planned and this suited me fine - it was delivered today by Scott perfectly within the time slot. Construction has been pretty straightforward with excellent instructions and all the bits and pieces in perfect condition. If I had more room, I'd have another one tomorrow! Almost finished building it - just the windows to go in and the roof to felt. I'd definitely recommend Sheds.co.uk for value, customer service and excellent communication.”

“I ordered 4 double sleeper benches in mid May for delivery, on the 2nd June, to a holiday cottage,. The day before they were due to be delivered I contacted Sheds.co.uk to ask if they would be sending me a delivery time slot, i.e morning or afternoon would have been fine. The response I received stated that the benches would be collected by the courier on the 2nd and delivered within 3 days. This was rather worrying as I had driven 240 miles to be at the cottage to assemble the benches for our summer guests. I then telephoned and spoke to Max. He was very helpful and said he would check with the manufacturer to see what was happening with the order. He did as promised email me but with pretty much the same response as the first time. All I wanted to hear was that the benches would definitely be delivered on the 2nd June and not within a three day time span. I emailed again that night with a slightly stern message and then again the next morning. The response I received was ' here is the manufacturers number you can call them to see what is happening ' . I didn't realise I had suddenly become an employee of Sheds co.uk and was chasing up customer orders. In order to save time I did call the manufacturer and spoke to Jess, who was very helpful and confirmed the benches were with Tuffnells and would be delivered that day. In fact they were delivered within about 20 minutes of me speaking with her. The product is fine, very sturdy, a few rough edges and a couple of pieces were missing. I did ask Max to put me in touch with someone in the company I could 'speak' to about my query. Needless to say, as is the norm these days, no one will talk to you when they know you want to complain but just hide behind the email option. Why couldn't the phone call I made to the manufacturer have been made by someone at Sheds.co.uk to get the answer ' yes the benches are due to be delivered on the 2nd June as arranged.”

“Wrong size parts for the summer house and broken parts on first order. Second order week and half later re delivered. Started to put summer house together and wrong size roof part and door frame the wrong size. So now waiting to find out what's gonna happen. Always wanting us to measure everything. Would have thought they would have correct sizes and plans on system. Will never order from this company again.”
