“Purchased a lean too greenhouse 8x4 Adley Mercia product . Good communication even though the first delivery was cancelled at the last minute . Second delivery came on time without problem, with a very nice delivery man. We paid £270 for installation and two very nice guys came. The first thing they asked me was if I knew that they dont attach it to the wall or to the base - which I did not ! They erected in in 50 minutes but didn't even take off the protective film on the polycarbonate windows. I was left to try and get it off the roof - which was very difficult to do . Surely it would have been better to remove it before installation of the roof ! Also the lock did not work as the greenhouse was not square. The polycarbonate windows were poorly fitted as well. My excellent joiner had to come straight after to make it good and secure it to the wall and floor . Otherwise it would have taken off in the next windy spell ! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE INSTALLATION. FUTURE BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE SECURELY FITTED. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IF YOU ASK ME . SHEDS .CO.UK PLEASE MAKE THIS CLEAR ON PURCHASE FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS . I WISHED I HAD PAID MY JOINER TO INSTALL IT IN THE FIRST INSTANCE .”

“I recently bought a shed from sheds.co.uk and it arrived damaged in around 7 places. I contacted the company and sent in photographs. I followed this up with phone calls and emails but the company failed to get back to me with a suggestion regarding how to deal with the damaged shed..such as replacement or refund.”
