“Really dissappointed shed showing cracks and large bowing in panels I can almost fit my hand through, knot holes and small cracks everywhere, customer service fobbed me off the never replied to subsequent emails”

“Ordering was easy. I could choose my delivery date. I was kept informed as to when it would be delivered. Delivered by a friendly chap who let my special needs son 'help' him carry it to where I wanted it put. The shed is solid and well made. A huge improvement on ones I have bought in the past. I am really pleased with my purchase.”

“Bought a small potting shed. The product range of sheds is extensive and the amount of information provided is good. The purchasing process was easy and the prices competitive. A query I raised using the email contact form was answered within 1 working day. Only points for improvement were minor, that the website is a bit slow and clunky and some of the detailed info was contradictory and needed to be checked. Not received the shed yet, that's a future review!”

“Was given a 5 day lead time which then jumped to 14 and then to 29. I had to chase every time when the day came but no shed appeared. Finally got the shed which was great and well made. Docked one star for customer service.”

“I purchased a Shed from Sheds.co.uk in March 23. The Shed duly arrived but some parts were missing. I contacted them ref this, and whilst they initially replied and said they would deal with it, several weeks have now gone by and now they no longer respond to emails or answer the phone. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Visited the Sheds show site and was met by James. James was very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit enabling me to identify the best shed for my requirements. Although there was an issue with the online payment system on site I was able to place my order from home. James then checked the order and confirmed for me via email”
