“The finish on the wood was not good, with splinters, rough parts and even a few holes. We put the whole arbour together after priming it, then we painted it and afterwards it didn't look too bad, even though in some places the pieces didn't match up too well. It looks great from a distance but doesn't bear close inspection. We would have hoped for better quality wood.”

“I wanted a shed that was a bit more robust (T&G roof and floor) this shed seemed to be the one. Came on a pallet in smaller sections was actually very useful as I could move each piece myself. I managed to build the shed, on my own in one day (with the help of a couple of wheelie bins to keep things up). The build quality is good. Some of the panels are a little out of shape, some nails miss the frame. A little more care is required even if they are made in a jig. No matter how much mastic I use, I cannot stop the glass leaking water in the rain - I will have to work on this. The online instructions are good, clear and easy to follow. However, there were not enough nails or felt tacks. I was sent 3 bolts but no screws for them I couldn't understand whether the roof should overhang at the back or front or both (I went with back as the pictures do not sure an overhang at the front. Some of the wood is a bit rubbish (big broken knots or panels with holes) The felt was only in 2 pieces not three as described - It was also torn. luckily I was able to cover it. Overall I'm quite happy with the shed. It isn't the cheapest and is clearly mass produced for a modular solution. Aside from the windows it hasn't leaked yet. I would've hoped for better quality for my £800. I'm not sure that's out there”

“Although I had a delivery date, I didn't have a rough time, I rang the day before and was told they would call to let me know, they didn't, I got a text two hours before the driver arrived. The apex was broken of on the rear panel, four panels to the side of the door had splits in them with nails showing, two had to be replaced by me ,as they disintegrated on being touched, the floor had to be strengthened with Sterling board, as it was like walking on a trampoline,despite being on a purpose made base . The fittings are cheap rubbish, and had to be replaced, I don't know why though, any self respecting thief would pull off the panels which are bowing and twisting already. If I had paid full price for it ,the company and I would have had to have words, as it is ,it is just not worth the effort. Buy something better, and save yourself the grief.”
