“Firstly there are a huge aray of sheds to choose from, but luckily the filters narrowed it down by size and shape. Still a lot of top quality sheds to choose from all at very reasonable prices. When I decided on the shed and base to buy everything was simple and straight forward. I chose the delivery date and paid for the shed. Would recomend them without hesitation - Thank you”

“searched for a summer house by size and was really impressed that all your options were exactly what i was looking for, once i found the product i was looking for i needed to check if the window panels were reversable so i contacted te telephone number on the website the response was concise and very efficient ensuring me that this was the case so after dscussing with my wife we ordered the shed immediately and aslo found to our surprise that even though we were not expectin git the shed will be delivered on easter monday, wonderful servcie throughout the ordering process”

“This item was delivered without the black liner or any screws/fitting instructions. I sourced the screws myself rather than all of the inconvenience in returning the item. I emailed for a black liner, for which I had to wait. I painted the living screen/planter with a top coat I had bought and during this, discovered that one of the corner joints wasn’t secure and one of the panels had come loose. This isn’t a cheap item and I was really disappointed and frustrated after time and effort to put the item together and to paint it. I emailed customer service asking for a partial refund for this damaged item rather than a return and replacement. I was offered as a “gesture of good will” a refund for the screws I had used if I provided them with a receipt for the screws. The just felt like a joke. I can’t recommend the item as it was faulty and missing parts and the after sales was very poor. I would not buy anything from this company again.”
