“Ordered the starter pack- very few shakes/bars and lots of unpleasant sounding savoury. I have been trying these but unfortunately the product give me terrible acid and a very upset stomach- I do not have these issues with other products. I will not be purchasing again.”

“Absolutely love the beef and sweet potato stew one of the best ready made meals I’ve tried and I’ve tried many very filling a full of flavour you can add vegetables or salad to it but I find it filling just on its own.”

“Love the white chocolate and raspberry shake, chocolate caramel muesli and the zesty lemon and peanut snack bars. I didn't like the Spaghetti Bolegnese and the Beef Chilli Noodles but unfortunately they don't allow you to return them to swap for something else, which is a shame as the Cambridge Diet allows you to do that. Otherwise, I enjoy the shakes, snack bars and the muesli”

“Dont ask for feedback a few days after the first delivery. It is annoying and unrealistic. I cannot rate effectively. I can say that you are seemingly expensive compared to other VLCD suppliers but do not point out the difference in the quantity/calories in your packs compared to others.”

“I’ve started these products and stuck to it determined for best results, the spag bowl is lovely I do add a dash of chilli powder and garlic to it, it’s all great for diet food, I’m feeling great and I’ve lost 6lb already on plan, glad I found this site and didn’t pay ridiculous money on the 1.1 diet, also Delivery was super fast , #positivemind”

“I’m no stranger to ‘Shake That Weight’ products, having used them to knock back my Type 2 diabetic diagnosis to normal some years ago by loosing three and half stone in 8 weeks.
