“Fast and easy ordering and quick delivery. Love the shakes and they really do fill you up and last a while, I’ve tried the chicken noodles and the bolognaise, can’t say I’m a fan of them, if you don’t like textures in your mouth I can’t say these would be for you. The snack bars are passable I personally wont be going mad for them, I will be seeing my week out as I have the products and depending on the outcome when I weigh, I think I’ll be trying 2 x shakes a day and a healthy meal at night.”

“Only been on Shake the weight products for a week ,and feel loads better already. No bloating, porridge and snack bars are amazing. Noodles are ok, but not my favourite. Milkshakes are lovey and surprisingly filling”

“I have changed my diet to the Shake That Weight and have to say I’m very impressed with their products. Unlike other diets I haven’t felt overly hungry or had any major cravings, and feel satisfied once I eat a meal. Some of the shakes are slightly sweet but I’ve worked around this by adding water alongside milk. I’ve just placed a large order and am really looking forward to trying other flavours and products.”

“I actually enjoy the shakes,find them easy on a busy day. I have the packet meals in the evening or soup in both very tasty. Porridge is nice, but the caramel muesli cereal is my all time favourite. I haven't tried any ready meals”

“The porridge I just had is not the same as before.it says use 170m of milk. Comes out like water. Even using 140m it still isn't as thick as porridge should be. I think the packets must be short measures.”

“This is a very tasty option for those who do not do well on dieting. The shakes make you feel fuller for longer and I often miss out lunch because of this. The cereals could be tastier but all in all I enjoy all the options”
