“After trying several diets I thought I would try STW because I had heard good things about it. I wanted to lose 2 stone and I’m coming up to my 12th week with only 3lb to target. To be honest there isn’t anything I don’t like and being vegetarian I thought I would struggle. I love all the shakes and banana is my fave. I love the spag Bol and carbonara and the soaps and bars are delicious. I have been doing 3 products and a 400 cal meal per day and haven’t been hungry, I’ve also been away on holiday twice and had a couple of occasions so I think I’ve done well. It really does work if you stick to plan 🥰”

“Good range of products. Some are really good but others can leave a bit of a taste in your mouth. Good thing about the different bundles is you can choose your preferences without needing to get ones you don't like. Very easy to make and quick which makes them more convenient.”
