“They taste ok. But for one week i don t know how can i survive with 3 main meals and 3 breakfasts ? the rest are just sweet shakes.... Other than that - i like them all what I tried so far.”

“So far I am enjoying shake that weight and it’s affordable in comparison to some low calorie plans. Most of the products I have enjoyed. However I was not keen on the milk chocolate chew food bar which was disappointing. Am pleased with weight loss”

“Love , all the soup apart from tomatoe ! noodles are so tasty ! The meals are delicious I ordered a variety and every single one is tasty ,. Love the strawberry bars & lemon . A bit disappointed with chocolate. Not to my taste so far really enjoying diet and loosing weight . Products are so tasty and filling”

“I needed a main course each evening during the week so that I don't have to think about what to eat and the ready meal packs are just the job. Haven't tried them all yet, but I enjoyed the Beef with Sweet Potatoes and Vegetables and added some fresh broccoli spears. At the weekends I'll cook from scratch, but this seems a good way to kick start the diet.”

“As I do not sample the whole range it's difficult to do a review. I keep my orders to mainly three different flavoured shakes and four different bars. These I really like and order them when ever I need to lose a little weight for a special occasion”

“Tried many shakes but the ones I return to are the Shake that Weight. Low calorie like others but I find them more filling for longer, even when made with water. I make 3 up at once and refrigerate, then they're ready as and when. Latte is my favourite No aftertaste Recommend most highly”
