“The white muesalia bars are the best Ive I’ve had theyare very tasty and good very value for money the company is very good value and taste good too i could highly recommend them and wouldn’t buy from anyone else”

“The meals are small, but fried spring onion and some mushrooms make the meals very nice. The only negative thing was that the packets are very salty.”

“I ordered the chocolate and orange chocolate shakes - they taste good. The orange chocolate is good, and the orange is nice and subtle, not overpowering or fake tasting. I haven't been using the shakes long enough to vouch whether they help weight loss. I use them more for convenience as I spend a lot of time driving.”

“Loved maple pancakes they were nice with some fresh berries.Also liked the chocolate porridge but only used 150 ml water as I liked a slightly more thicker consistency”

“Ordered a few flavours to sample and so far they're all really tasty. I use them in place of breakfast as they're quick and easy but found shake that weight shakes keep me fuller for longer. Will definitely be buying again. Only problem is choosing a flavour as they're are many to choose from.”

“Fabulous products, I have lost 3 stone since July 2022 doing 3 products and 1 meal per day. I have had breaks and holidays in that time but manage to get back on track straight away. I am at goal now but will continue to use some products to maintain. My favs are the choc porridge and the bars”

“I really like the Crispy Caramel and Almond and Pumpkin Seed bars. The are very satisfying and convenient when I’m busy. The Chocolate and the Strawberry shakes are also my favourites which I prefer at breakfast one.”
