“I like most of the shakes - the ones i dont are personal preference as i dont like the flavour in general. Easy to make and offer a sweeter taste or less sweet dependant on what you crave at that moment. Just need some new flavours now to try”

“I've had shakes from other companies before and they've either been too sweet or had an unpleasant after taste, but not these. The shakes with ice make a delicious milkshake and just the right consistency. The soups mix well and I sometimes will add a little more protein (chicken) or veg if I want something more. The meals are simply scrummy and means I can eat with family without feeling deprived. All in all I'd say STW products are the best and they are helping me get back on track with my weightless journey, post CV19 lockdown. I highly recommend them.”

“The mint chocolate shake truly tastes like mint aero in liquid form, the chocolate orange tastes just as heavenly and the chocolate is just as creamy and delicious, the vanilla took me by surprise I didn't expect it to taste so good, hands down the best shakes and snacks I've ever come across and I've tried PLENTY!”

“Really love the variety and taste of the shakes. I have used other companies and had a nasty chemical taste or haven’t mixed well. These shakes are far superior ! Having meal options and snacks has helped me stay on track and to know that I can eat without falling off plan.”

“An excellent product that has helped me lose weight quickly, the food tastes really good (I personally like the mint choc shake best) and is quite filling so if you have a portion every ~2 to 3 hours you don't feel hungry. Definitely a program worth using”

“Had an odd taste when I started but got used to it after a couple of days. The shakes need ice with them and are super tasty made up that way. Still not crazy about the noodles they have a strange taste to them but it's not terrible. The evening meals are so good, total star of the show. They don't taste at all like microwave meals I was very impressed.”

“Wow! I absolutely love these shakes ❤️ My favourite flavours are: Vanila, strawberry, Chocolate, Banana and Mint choc. Oh and Raspberry and white chocolate. In fact I LOVE ALL OF THEM! They are filling and really taste like proper milkshakes not diet ones. I have ordered more and a few soups and cannot wait to see all of the results! I actually will take these for life even for maintaining weight. Thanks Shake That Weight! All your products taste DELICIOUS 😋❤️”

“I'm glad to say that the deliveries I've had so far has been quick.really enjoying the shakes and bars.will be trying a dinner this week. So far and its been 1 week I have lost 6lbs which is good as I've never had that success so soon”

“I'm absolutely delighted with the results from my first week. I had got stuck and needed something to reset and kick-start my weight loss. I heard about Shake the Weight and decided to give it a try. I was particularly drawn to the plan as it included more than just milkshake meal replacements. Although I found some of the things I ordered too sweet, I really enjoyed most of the meals - and lostbylbs in a week!”
