“I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but OH MY. I received my order in fantastic time, and had my first shake this morning (hazelnut) it’s just incredible, I would say you can get away with around 500ml of water because of how thick & creamy these shakes are! Insane, well done and thank you! Will be buying again!”

“For the quality and price you cannot go wrong with this diet. All the products I have tasted so far are lovely. Makes the diet so much easier. So much support available as well. Having tried multiple meal replacement diets this one is by far the best in my opinion.”

“I have been pleasantly surprised with this eating regime and products, in fact, over the moon! In my 1st week I lost 8lb, the products are very tasty, I was super surprised at the quality of taste, and the fact I don't feel hungry, makes it much easier to stick to! The products are very reasonably priced, delivery is super quick, often next day, however, my only negative is the fact you have to spend £50 to get free postage, which I think is excessive, and actually stops me buying so often and makes it difficult to place an "additional" order if I forget some items or trial an item and like it and want to order more, I think £25 min order would have been reasonable 😉”

“Just started and loving all the products that I have tried so far. My particular favourites in the shakes are mint chocolate, strawberry and caffe latte. In the bars I love crispy caramel, muesli and white choc and dark chocolate. The soups and noodles are good and this week I’ve ordered the main meals. I’ve had 4 orders so far and they have been picked and sent out very quickly. I love the FB support group and the website is very informative. I loaded down the STW booklet too. I am finding that Shake That Weight is the answer I have been looking for to lose weight. Thank you”

“The Shakes are deliciously thick. I make mine with water and ice cubes. I love the Noodles and Soups althouhh haven't been able to try the pea and ham because it is out of stock. The meal bars are great too.. I've had the chocolate Peanut one and it was lovely. The fact they offer a snack too is awesome. I'm not so keen on the Caroline chocolate but the zippers, crisps and nachos are tasty and .. well, crisp! All in all I found these and the fact I am not accountable to a group or a consultant to work for me and I am happier than I've been for a long time”

“Love being on shake that weight, it’s just so easy and you can decide daily if you want to have a shake, porridge , biscuits or a packet meal. I’ve been on it for five days and have lost three pounds already. The shakes are all good in favour and I’m not hungry. I enjoy porridge occasionally and always have one of the noodle meals in the evening. Make sure you drink plenty of water though .”
