“Very good it's only been one week and already lost ten pounds. The shakes are thick though a Couple of them are not. There a couple I do not like ( my on personal taste). Overal I am very happy.”

“Great products with great taste. Love the new white chocolate and raspberry shake as well as the strawberry and hazelnut shake. Ready meals are excellent, too. Enjoyed the Moroccan style meatballs while my husband loved the beef stew. BUT, I do miss the chicken with tarragon and chicken with creamed spinach and some of the old style ready meals. I hope they will bring some of them back. Best of all they keep my weight in control having lost 35 lbs. I don't want to lose any more but these are a great choice if a pound or two creeps on. Fantastic product and great value for money.”

“With such a big range of products, you’re bound to find some that you like. Good priced bars & snacks. The ready meals are expensive but tasty. The shakes taste too synthetic, not as good as Cambridge shakes. Overall good weight loss results when sticking rigidly to the plan. Very quick and efficient delivery.”

“I love the shakes they are tasty and are quite think when you make them up especially with milk (I have a milk one in a morning) my fav is chocolate and white choc/raspberry. The meals are nice but not much in the cheap water fill meals I prefer the bigger ones you pay extra for. I’ve only been on the shakes 5 days but not weighed myself yet but fingers crossed. My only negative review is that I think when you buy a meal plan it should just cost you one price not extra for the nicer meals, maybe just extra for the snacks if they aren’t in your meal plan. My picture is of the sweet and sour chicken please don’t be put off the way it looks it tastes lovely x”

“I have tried many many meal replacement diets/liquid and from well known companies ie CWP, this by far has to be the best diet by far, it is the only liquid diet that tastes good and really fills you up, trustme i am greedy when it comes food but since having these products it's like the hunger has vanished, i lost 8ibs in my first week and that's with 4 products and 3litres of water daily, i am losing everyday, Weight and inches, i tried this diet last year but due to health reasons had to giveup so then due to my spinal surgery i was told to lose weight i tried other diets by reducing portion sizes, atkins etc but couldn't stick to it. This diet has been a life saver for me, it has all vitamins minerals etc so i dont feel like i am depriving my body of all the essential goodies. I have recently joined the support group but hvnt posted as of yet lol but hoping to soon, i read all posts but feel alittle nervous about posting something, i hvnt tried the meals but have tried the shakes and i love them, i have ordered the chocies and crisps and I'm sure i would love those too, the shakes r the main thing for me and i have to have to keep shouting it out that they're absolutely brilliant. This diet no doubt will help me lose 4 stones and hopefully I'll never suffer with spinal back problems again so the surgeon promised, i got a go ahead from GP so all is good.”

“So far only tried the pasta Carbonara I did not like this at all did not taste anything like a carbonara and there was about 4 spoon full's in total so a very small meal.”

“Hi I've been doing STW for a week now. I have lost 7. 1/2lbs. I have been doing the 4 pkts a day diet. Don't know if I'm having enough calories. Not cheated once. So pleased with myself. I do feel now that I need a meal so I'm going to do my 2nd week with the 3 pkts a day + meal. Not to keen on the porridge or the ham & mushroom soup. But apart from that I find everything else very good. Shakes are delicious. It really has inspired me with all your encouraging comments and support. Good luck everyone xx”

“I have a starter pack to kick-start my weightloss. All flavours are nice. I am replacing 1 or 2 meals a day with them so fingers crossed that I will see a loss. I am careful what I have the rest of the day.”

“Shakes, noodles, soups, porridge and ready meals are delicious and fairly satisfying if taken with lots of water in between. Don't like the deserts, crisps or some of the bars, but that doesn't really matter as plenty of other choice. I've lost over a stone in weight in 6 weeks!”

“I have found the whole ordering process to be quick and efficient. My daughter and I are doing this together ........ she really likes the chocolate shakes and I prefer the coffee ones. We thought we might order some different flavours to help stick with it. We are both losing weight nicely.”
