“I always return to Shake that weight for my weight management . The products are very good amd I feel so inspired by everyone’s results . My favourite is the caramel bar and I love all the shakes flavours . I tried the noodles but they were not for me but still tasty . I have tried the wafers and choc bars and I’m loving them all . I tried the vanilla and chocolate mousse and they made a nice change . I haven’t tried the food pouches yet but may give them a go . Shake that weight works and that’s why I always go to those products to help me keep the pounds off . Thank you to the team .”

“SECOND TIME I HAVE ORDERED THE CHOCOLATE AND CHOC/MINT DRINK ARE REALLY NICE ......I BUY THESE A LIPOTRIM WHICH I USED IN THE PAST HAS BECOME TO EXPENSIVE”

“Very good products tasty and filling , the only criticism would be some of my favourite products ( porridge beef stew ect ) have been out of stock for a week or two other than that very pleased , they have helped me loose 1 1/2 stones in a month still a long way to go”

“I only have one complaint and that is some hard grains in the strawberry shake, I have only had the problem with 2 packets so far. Every item I have tried has a great taste.”

“Taste better than I expected. If you leave it a couple of minutes after mixing it it thickens up. Lovely flavours and actually quite satisfying”

“This is only my third day but so far, I've liked everything I've tried. My favourite shake is banana but haven't tried them all yet. I've just had some vegetable soup and enjoyed that too. Had a crispy caramel bar and a muesli and white chocolate bar which I enjoyed also.”

“3 of our family buy your products. We all love the porridge. We all have it for breakfast but you have discontinued it without a replacement. We have had to buy it elsewhere. You should of discontinued it when you already had a replacement. Then sold off the old stock. As it leaves your customers with nothing. Thanks Pam”

“All the Shakes, the Spaghetti Bolognaise and Chicken and Vegetable Noodles and the pasta and noodle soups, are really good and have no 'after taste', as some off ones I have tried before do. I cannot believe that I am not feeling hungry and that I am looking forward to my meals. Half a packet of salt and vinegar crisps felt like a real treat on Saturday evening and I still have another half packet to eat. I would highly recommend.”

“Not really a fan of any of the products that I ordered. The only thing I like is the milk chocolate peanut bar. I have previously done diets like this such as Cambridge 1:1 diet and I found their products much nicer which means it is easier to stick to. Shake that weight is obviously cheaper which is one of the positives.”

“The chocolate, hazelnut bars are so delicious top quality and the shakes for chocolate and strawberry, vanilla taste amazing ideal for replacement meal especially the chocolate it’s so filling for lunch. They are great for breakfast replacement too. Highly recommended to anyone who want to lose weight and have a healthy diet. It would be ideal if you have shakes in a bigger range in in bulk so last longer to use the sachets is more of a samples. It also be great for a bigger box of the chocolate and hazelnut bars too as I would love to buy more of these . Thank you 😊”
